Hotel was very bad not clean properly even the hotel staff was not good worst experience I ever had from this hotel remove this hotel from make my trip list

The ambiance was good, Employee was supportive, but Food was below average. What we paid was premium for city like Akola, But food was not the best. Tv remote was not working properly and Bath towel need to be clean. Overall hotel was average but Can be good option for overnight stay and their employee is the best.

Overall experience was good. The food quality was decent. The staff members especially from the restaurant were excellent, very cordial and cooperative. Suggestion for improvement: change the bed sheets and replace towels on time.

Disappointing stay at jasnagara hotel. Rooms weren't cleaned properly, ac didn't work due to frequent power outages, and electricity backup was unreliable. However, food was good. Needs improvement in maintenance and services.

the cleanliness of the linen and maintenance of a/c was bad. the floor was sticky and sofa was stained.. pathetic is one word.
