While I stayed here the electric went off in my room 3 different times .in the end I then had to get moved rooms at 9.30 at night

Excellent location for Thorpe Park & Chessington, 5 mins max walk into town for food, very clean, very good service and some lovely complimentary cookies…thank you

Disappointing Stay – Not What Was Advertised I was highly disappointed with my recent stay at the DoubleTree Woking. The room I received was not the one advertised when I made my booking. Instead, I was given a tired, dated room that did not reflect the quality expected from a DoubleTree hotel. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional £30 for parking — a fee that was not clearly stated at the time of booking. The service throughout my stay was mediocre — polite but indifferent, with little effort to make guests feel welcome or valued. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and poor value for money. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
