Very nice hotel. Quite clean and a vey keen to help and friendly staff.

Our stay was very nice lovely food and service on Friday night, the staff were lovey one even let me borrow her glasses I  left mine in the room the only thing I don’t like is the parking fee

Lovely hotel, the location is great as it is a few minutes away from the shopping centre. Me and my husband came for a weekend away and we loved that we could just walk to the shops. The kfc and McDonald’s is a few minutes away too. The room itself was nice, it had the usual stuff, iron, tea and coffee etc. The bathtub was super small, if you are plus size, you will struggle to lay in the bath but it’s not a big problem. The staff were very friendly, we even got given a cookie upon arrival and they kindly gave us a complimentary 1 hour free extra time for check out (we paid £20 for the rest of the hours). Overall a lovely hotel.

The room is clean & tidy, service is good. Front desk is helpful.

the staff is friendly and helpful. But be aware that this place does not have direct public transport to lego land.
