The receptionist was rude however the staff at breakfast were great. The place was good but bath was a bit tired.

Try not to arrive when the adjacent school is going in or coming out as the traffic is busy. Nice enough pub next door for meals but doesn’t open until later.

Stayed several times at this premier inn, we were switched to a room with a shower, baths become more difficult the older you get!! We had a very nice meal in the restaurant last night, and today we’ve had a good breakfast. I’d like to mention Krish, a very pleasant young man who cooked breakfast and the check in lady who were both very attentive. However, I’d like to mention the number of people with disabilities, ie leg problems and the use of walking sticks, they had difficulty walking upstairs to the breakfast area and once sat down had other steps within the area to go up and down to get their food.

Always a good stay. Spotless and brand new. Perfect walk in shower. We miss the huge beds but had a restful sleep. Need more toilet roll, towels and aircon!

Lovely, polite, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast! A special mention for Krish who was incredibly keen to ensure we had a fabulous experience. Good range of dairy free and vegan options available too. A thoroughly enjoyable experience even though the pub is looking quite tired and unloved x

A wonderful hotel a 15 - 20 minute walk from the town centre. Exceptionally friendly polite and courteous staff, 10 out of 10. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near Woking.
