Wat een smerige bende! Nog nooit in mijn leven zo een walgelijke hotelkamer gezien. Niet alleen vlekken in de gordijnen (lichaamssappen met schimmel) de vloer bedekking maar zelfs het meubilair. Om over de badkamer niet eens te spreken. Paddenstoelen die letterlijk onder de wasbak groeien evenals een complete schimmel vacht in het ventilatie systeem. De maandenlange opstapeling van zeepresten in het douche gedeelte en het pisstraaltje wat uit de douchekop komt. Fatsoenlijk het haar wassen was niet eens te doen. Van ellende maar mijn haar uit staan spoelen in het bad met uitzicht op de Paddenstoelen en schimmelvacht. Uiteraard bij de receptie geweest en ik kreeg direct een sleutel mee om te gaan kijken naar een andere kamer. Die was net zo bedroevend. Volgens de kale man achter de receptie zou ik niet nog een kamer proberen want mijn "standaard" werd toch niet aan voldaan. Ik vroeg de man af wat zijn standaard dan wel niet was en of dit hotel niet een visite kaartje zou moeten zijn met 4 sterren! Ondertussen waren mijn man en dochter even aan het zwemmen en het zwembad was al niet veel beter te noemen omdat het ijskoud was. (Dit zou een verwarm bad moeten zijn) de zwemleraar die op dat moment les aan het geven was in zijn wetsuit ging ook even het bad uit om op te warmen... de man van de receptie zei dat ik maar een klacht moest neerleggen bij het management. Uiteraard direct gedaan en 3 mailtjes en 1 telefoontje verder nog geen antwoord of oplossing. U word morgen gebeld.... oftewel kastje naar de muur.

Leuk familiehotel. Wij waren met het gezin voor twee nachten. Zwembad en wellness waren zeer goed en de meiden hebben zich zeer goed vermaakt. Ook leuk dat er tafeltennistafel stond op de t****e verdieping.

Very pleased with the hotel. I had a very pleasant stay in peaceful surroundings. The hotel was comfortable and spacious. The location is quiet and remote and relaxing. Facilities are good and the restaurant and bar area are good.

Fletcher Hotel - Restaurant De Buunderkamp
We were a group of 12 retired gentlemen staying for the 80th anniversary of the battle for Arnhem and this hotel was ideally situated, apart from the distance away from the Railway Station, this was a problem
The staff, food, facilities and service was great, and we all enjoyed the trip and would use the hotel again.
