Premier Inn Wolviston/Wynyard

I stayed here for 4 nights while working close by. This has to be the best Premier Plus room I’ve stayed in at a Premier Inn to date. No complaints at all. Room was very spacious - larger than other Premier Inn rooms I’ve stopped in. 2 comfortable sitting chairs and a small table. Usual Premier Plus conveniences including fridge, water and Green & Blacks chocolate. Only point to note is that these are not replenished. Nice bathroom with a spacious shower. Breakfast at the hotel was cooked to order in the breakfast room. Friendly staff both at breakfast and on reception. I travel with equipment for work, which I bring into the hotel overnight. No lift at this property and the Plus rooms are a bit of walk on the 1st floor, but the room more than makes up for this. Toby Carvery next door. Also McDonalds, KFC and, Costa & Domino’s on the same site - alongside a petrol station/Greggs. Be sure to enter your vehicle registration on the touch screen at reception. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when next working in the area.

A fantastic lady, Melanie, welcomed us in a warm and friendly manner. She was working on the night desk and helped me efficiently with my booking. Melanie answered all my questions knowledgeably. I would recommend the clean and tidy hotel and we will definitely be back.

Average. Convenient location. Rooms are serviceable. Need to upgrade to a premium room to get a minifridge. Restaurant provides breakfast only, but local takeaway options nearby. It's a Premier Inn, they could put some effort into cleaning the carpets. WiFi was under service at the time of my stay, it was quite poor. Made worse by own personal mboile signal block the moment you're within a metre of the hotel.

Excellent as always , the staff here are amazing , so friendly and helpful .cannot fault them at all ! Rooms spotlessly clean , breakfast excellent ( would be good to have option of de caf tea ) we stay here a lot and have always had a great stay , premiere inn should recognise how good the staff are here 😀

Friendly staff. Room relatively clean. Efficient check in. Unfortunately - some bad things. Grime on soap dispenser and bath. WiFi terrible. Car park badly littered. Overall ok but cleaning needs to be better and attention given to some things.
