I checked in around 8:30 pm after traveling from Malang. After I got the room and went there, I found the AC was leaking. Then I informed the reception. Engineering came to check, I thought they would replace the new room, but apparently not. I waited for them to check, because I was going out again for dinner. After they finished, I left the hotel. I returned to the hotel and rested. Around 3 pm, a staff member tried to open the room and we woke up and asked, they asked if the AC could be used? AT 3 AM WHEN GUESTS ARE RESTING!! Is that normal?? We slept with the AC not functioning properly in the heat of Surabaya.

I had a surprisingly great experience there, the whole place was super clean and had such a bright, welcoming energy. My room felt incredibly cozy, providing just the right atmosphere to unwind after a busy day. Most importantly, I actually got a solid night’s sleep because the bed was so comfy and the environment stayed nice and quiet. Honestly, I didn't run into a single issue during my time there. It’s the perfect spot if you just want a reliable, comfy, and chill home base!

My first stay here was actually pretty decent. The service was quick and friendly, but it was a shame that the amenities weren't fully stocked and had to be requested. There's no phone in each room; only one is located near the elevator. The interior design was a bit too colorful, which was a little harsh on the eyes, haha.

Cozy and comfortable, fast response in handling customer complaints. But harus bawa toiletries yak karna hotel belum menyediakan. Mungkin nanti bakal disediakan. Kebersihan nya mantep. Kalau di review sebelum nya mungkin ada kecoa, pas saya cek in bersih gaada bau2 kecoa, bed cover dan selimut bersih bgt malah. Cakep euy.
