Nice hotel and well maintaned, check in check out was smooth, lack of parking area but the staffs all helpfull. In front of the hotel lots of culinary spot (taman bungkul) no wories of starving at night.

Looking at all the fake reviews this is my honest review ! The room looks decent but i booked the suite so was hoping for a better quality of stay but no it was worse. There was single shower head from the top non detachable . No basic things like a hair dryer or iron . Floors dirty , bed frame dirty, toilet seems wrong out . Wifi would go missing from time to time. The gym machines were all spoiled too was very disappointing on this . In all if you dont expect much then its okay . For a 4 star hotel very disappointing

Our 2nd time staying here. The room is very spacious with this rate. Startegic location as well as it's exactly in front of Taman Bungkul, with lots of culinary spot on weekend. The room is equipped with microwave & minibar too. However, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. Other than that, all good.
