I am freezing cold. My cabin is way down, down so many steps Breakfast is minimalist, fried mee hoon so very spicy on 2/08. My cabin is cabin 1"

"Besides the so called view from the balcony, everything else about this property is a scam. Check in process is confusing. There are steep and dangerous steps to climb to get to the room. No one is there to assist with anything. The ground floor unit looks like some factory warehouse. The room itself does not have any heating. There are no wardrobes, no clothes hanger or racks to hang anything. No microwave or anything to heat up food other than the stove and really old and dirty utensils. Room was booked for 4 adults, but only 3 towels provided. There was no amenities, such as shower soap/gel, shampoo or toothbrush and toothpaste. ALL messages to property was ignored. Only upon making so much noise to another number that we found listed on the warehouse below, did they bother to send 2 toothbrush one day later. This property is obnoxiously priced for rubbish condition. the properties nearby such as Kirana apartments have far better direct views and better staff. TRIP really should reconsider promoting this property. This property is a scam. Having moved to Kimaya Hotel in Jogja city, for 1/3 the price on a weekend, I was provided with breakfast and full customer service, with staff assisting with luggages and all amenities were provided without being asked. Seriously, TRIP must reconsider promoting this property."

"The buildings are beautiful, old and in their original condition. Reviews from 2016 already say so. There has been no maintenance. The rooms are very large but dirty, the trash can was moldy, there is dust everywhere. The bed sheets are stained. The pool water is cloudy. It's a bit gloomy. The staff is very kind, helpful and pleasant. A thousand thanks. Too bad for him that he can't work with a better object. We should reinvest in this hotel, rather than doing the minimum to try to maintain it but badly. Too bad."
