The Dower House hosted my daughter’s wedding this weekend and it was a wonderful event. The hotel is a perfect location for a wedding and, under the expert management of Max, everything ran smoothly. Max made a brave call on the weather as rain was threatening but he was absolutely right. The meal was superb, so a huge thank you to the unsung heroes in the kitchen. The following party was excellent, mainly thanks to the great DJ. All the staff members were amazing, Diane and Jenni are fantastic, great service and very attentive. Everyone agreed that the whole event was a great success- thanks to all at the Dower House for hosting such a memorable day for my daughter.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant of this Hotel , it is a long time since I have wanted to write a review on a restaurant . Firstly, the welcome from staff was friendly and their knowledge of the menu was good, they continued to be attentive throughout the meal without intruding . The menu choices were focused and the wine list was very good . Presentation of the food was superb . Chef came to our table which was a nice touch . We had a great evening and will look forward to returning . Can highly recommend.

Wow what can we say but Thank you to Jade and the staff at The Dower for hosting our wedding. We couldn’t have got a better venue. Nothing was too much trouble, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great place! Great food! Great location! Great staff!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a visit to this outstanding hotel on the 23-24th of March. I booked directly with the hotel and guided through the options by a very professional lady named Zoe. We opted for room 2 , a suite of the highest quality. We dined in, on both nights in the restaurant. The food was outstanding on both occasions. Our waiters were so kind , especially Ethan. Thank you, Dower House, for a wonderful stay.. We will return.

Exceptional Hotel in beautiful Woodhall Spa. Just returned from one night Bed and Breakfast. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully presented. Not often I would comment on drapes - but they were quite lovely. Receptionist Zoe deserves a shout out as she was pleasant, courteous and efficient. We enjoyed our visit so much we have booked for 2 nights next time.

Highly recommend a visit to The Dower House Hotel, wonderful staff and amazing food. We visit the hotel most weeks for food and drinks. We are looked after so well each time can’t praise them enough. We have definitely found the best place in Woodhall Spa. Thanks to you all.

Beautiful hotel in lovely Woodhall Spa with the most amazing and welcoming staff. A perfect weekend getaway for our little family. Spacious, immaculate rooms, lovely bar with an open fireplace and great food. Would definitely recommend.

Eight of us enjoyed a three night stay in the Lodge. Spacious,comfortable rooms,well equipped. All staff were very friendly and helpful.We were able to use the private dining room for our delicious evening meals. Food is of a very high standard ,always hot. Breakfast was also excellent.
