Was very dirty and we wont even talk about the towel that look like it was 80 years old and then the people besides us partying till 5:30 in the morning woke us up at 3 and the bed was so uncomfortable

Their website says 24/7 reception, which isn't the case. Other than that, this is a wonderful venue/area for a pass-through occasion. Perfect!

Disgustingly dirty everything in the room. No joke it was literally the most nasty room I've ever been in.....and I've been to jail. Not only was the room disgustingly dirty but it was infested with cockroaches. Have a look at the stillshots from video I took of the cockroaches. After being there for a mere two hours ( the most uncomfortable 2 hours of my life) I went to checkout and get a full refund of the room cost which was quickly denied by the very unhelpful person in charge. They tried to say it was my fault I didn't check the room prior to agreeing to pay and that he would only refund my damage deposit of 100 dollars. I am a full time employee of a reputable manufacturing facility and I can assure you I wasnt out to rip the place off for a lousy 200 dollars. All I can say is that theres going to be some ptsd counselling in my near future

It was the dirtiest room I have ever seen, I had to go out and buy cleaner as walls were gross and floor was sticky. My white socks were almost black within a few mins. The sheets had black hair on them and stains. I went out and bought my own sheets aswell. Never again! Beware!

For sure the dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. I had to go to the nearest Walmart to purchase my own bedding, pillow, towel and face clothes because there were no other places near by with availability.

Walls are paper thin, so people next door that had company were VERY LOUD!!!! Room was cold, heating system needs an update. Only one side table for king size bed. Ceramic tile floor was freezing. Lock on door was broken so only had 1 in the knob lock. No space in bathroom to put your personal items.

The renovated rooms are really quite nice. Very clean, very bright very fresh. We however chose a smoking room and didn’t find out it was Unrenovated until check in It is not nice. But it’s mostly clean. He tried to move usimmediately to a renovated non smoking room, so I don’t think he prepped this room
