Only thing we didn't like was the fact that room doors do not close automatically. Saw many doors open after check out and one person changing....just watch the room doors! We will be back."

"Great service in a great hotel. Got a handicap accessible room right across hall from elevators ... very clean and quiet. Housecleaning service was excellent, gave us whatever we asked for without any problems. Front desk people were friendly and accommodating. In-house restaurants had good food and a great staff. Main complaint was parking... nothing close to the entrance, ot even the handicap spaces."

"I have stayed in this hotel several times and it feels good. The location is excellent, located in the center of Worcester. Parking is in the high-rise paid parking lot across the road, but with parking coupons, unlimited free parking. The room is standard for this type of hotel in the United States, not luxurious, but nothing wrong with it. The breakfast is good. There is a steak place and bar downstairs, and the taste is decent."
