I have stayed in this hotel several times and it feels good. The location is excellent, located in the center of Worcester. Parking is in the high-rise paid parking lot across the road, but with parking coupons, unlimited free parking. The room is standard for this type of hotel in the United States, not luxurious, but nothing wrong with it. The breakfast is good. There is a steak place and bar downstairs, and the taste is decent.

Had everything we needed and walking distance to the Palladium (right across the street!). However, I had to clean the bathroom sink myself before using it, I understand it gets super busy in housekeeping. Could have used more attention to detail. Overall a great stay.

The Hilton Garden was chosen for my son's graduation. It was close to the center and we could walk. The rooms were clean, staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The wait staff at breakfast were nothing but wonderful.

Was there 2 1/2 days. Had to call the front desk mulitple times daily because the toilet wouldn't flush or would overflow.
One of the times they "fixed" it I came back to find the towel I had put on the floor to try to keep the water from spreading out of the bathroom into the rest of the room still on the floor.
They didn't offer to move me to a different room.
They did offer to comp any water bottles I consumed from my room and are supposedly going to give me some hilton points but I will think twice before staying here again.
It was extremely convenient to the convention I was atttending and overall the staff was polite and friendly but that doesn't make up for having to come down and use the bathroom in the lobby when I needed to go to the bathroom or the fact that I don't believe they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom floor each time it overflowed.
