Washington Central Hotel and Sleepwell Inn ★★★★

"Long check in time and very difficult to get a hold with anyone for any concerns. The heater is not working!!! We have been calling the phone number for assistance but no one is picking up and sometimes goes to voicemail right away. The inn is a separate building, upon checking in you will just be given a piece of paper contains information to access the building. The code that was given to us did not work!!! In order to get assistance you have to walk back to the main building which was on the other side and a few minutes walk. No one even picking up if you call."

"Room fine. Next to busy road but that wasn’t the issue. The issue that the whole building was hot and our room was so hot that none of us could sleep. Temperature outside was 20 degrees daytime and 15 overnight. Fan provided in rooms but needs AC. It was like the radiators were all on (they weren’t)."

"The room was average. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the water pressure was very low. The breakfast was decent, an English breakfast. The wait staff were very friendly. The hotel is relatively small, somewhat reminiscent of a B&B or family hotel."
