We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Bristol with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The family room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged to suit both adults and children.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that kept everyone happy — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot, cooked dishes. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Bristol, with great access to local attractions and transport links.
What really stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every interaction, from reception to housekeeping, was friendly and efficient, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team at Holiday Inn Bristol for making our family trip so memorable. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent staff. But location is out in the sticks a bit and is about 6 miles away from Bristol city centre.

The property itself is well-situated. However, the room service needs significant improvement; we couldn't get through to room service by phone and had to visit reception for additional tea sachets. A key recommendation is to move away from the current approach of not regularly changing towels and bedsheets or cleaning washrooms under the guise of 'saving water.' These 'ESG initiatives' come across more as cost-saving measures rather than genuine efforts to conserve water or protect the planet.

Many times I preferred to book my trips at the Holiday Inn hotel because of its luxury, reasonable prices, cleanliness, and other benefits related to free entertainment places for guests such as the swimming pool, sauna, massage, and also the free parking, but unfortunately this time my expectations were disappointed and I was shocked that this Holiday Inn branch in Bristol does not have its own parking for hotel guests. Also, the room had a bad smell, the bathroom was old, and the toilet was not clean as the lime had changed its colour.
