"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but a bit warm as they do not have air con but I saw that when I booked. There was a fan in the room and the staff had removed the duvets and replaced with just sheets which was very good and I slept well. Had dinner at the restaurant but not breakfast. The food was good and again the staff were very friendly. Will stay again when next in the area."

"The Lemon Tree was in a great location, easy to find and a short walk from town. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and shower was good. Breakfast was delicious, a little long to wait for it but it was cooked fresh so well worth it."

"Absolutely disgusting hotel. Rubbish overflowing from the bin outside, lawns not mowed (not the end of the world I guess), piles of fag butts outside, rooms weren’t hoovered, interior shabby and tatty, shower pressure was pathetic, staff were unhelpful. The noise travels through the thin walls and the other residents were dubious, at best. Didn’t bother to stay the full night and I’m now being harassed over supposed parking fines (parkings done by a separate company and I’ve got a receipt)"
