Hotel Jazz Market Square Wroclaw

For the price, this is a decent hotel. It is well situated, Rooms are quiet and clean, if a bit austere. There is no room cleaning during the stay. I was there for a week, so I did get new towels. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very varied. This turns into a real restaurant at night. Didn't get a chance to try, as it required reservations. The room Wi-Fi was not great. It works well in the lobby, and less well, if at all, in the room. That being said, this is a nice hotel, well situated, and reasonably inexpensive. I dealt with the Wifi.

The stuff was member was useless. When you are a tourist and the hotel runs out of parking you expect the stuff to be accommodating and helping you out guiding you to right placed. This did not happen the young girl was ignorant. The room ceiling was on an angle same as the windows so the curtains did not block morning sun. Will not stay there again when traveling.

Clean modern decor and excellent location. The bed was quite soft but still slept well.Breakfast was great.Reception staff weren't very friendly!

The room was spacious and clean, staff were helpful and nice when we chatted to them! The hotel is in a great location, it’s very good for the price however, it is quite loud near the main road and the air con didn’t work so the room was very stuffy! But for the price it’s a fantastic location, it’s basic but would recommend staying if you’re not looking for anything too fancy!

We arrived early hours of the morning due to flight times, staff members are on reception 24hrs so we were able to check in no problem. We were on floor 3, the room was very clean the only thing I could fault was only 1 pillow each and although there was a kettle and mugs there was only one sachet of back tea, no milk no sugar and the more importantly no coffee. This wasn’t a massive problem we just got ready and went to straight to a local cafe. We didn’t pay for breakfast but looked a decent selection. Noise level on the floor was minimal as well but the trams on the side we were facing were noticeable at reasonable times of day but it wasn’t a problem we were only there the sleep and freshen up. I would return and recommend to others.

Hotel perfectly located and all staff very friendly and efficient. Definitely recommended and I’ll be back

The room itself was ok, comfortable. Could have been cleaner - the floor could do with a vacuum/mop. The worst of all was the cigarette smell in our room (301), not sure where it was coming from but it really made the stay quite unpleasant.

Nice room, good breakfast, polite staff and only a short walk to city centre.
