B&B HOTEL Wrocław Old Town

The location couldn't be better. Everything was very quick and self-service. I expected a fridge in the apartment, but there wasn't one. I didn't look into it beforehand, as I assumed it would be standard. I had a problem on the first night with the lighting and air conditioning in the room because it's not easy for guests to figure out, and there are no instructions. The bathroom light is sensor-activated and takes an incredibly long time to turn off. The air conditioning is turned on and off with a master switch. The worst part was the bedside reading lamps. I pressed all the buttons, and they wouldn't turn off for anything. In the end, I had to turn off a master power switch that controls both the air conditioning and these lights (what's the logic in them being linked?!). As a result, I had to leave the windows slightly open and suffered with street noise all night and woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. A precious night wasted. The service was good, not great, as there were apologies but no attempt to make things right. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are completely fluffy, causing a lot of discomfort. Located in the old town, right opposite the Old Town Hall. It's a short walk to the bus station. The room is quite minimalist and doesn't have a fridge, but they provide two small bottles of mineral water. Early check-in usually incurs an extra fee, but if you chat with the front desk, they might waive it.

The hotel is in the best location, right in the market square. It's well-insulated, super quiet, and the facilities are very new. The beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is adequate. The only problem is that the pillows are super high and uncomfortable. I understand this is subjective, but we weren't the only ones who thought so because when we went to ask reception if there were other types of pillows, the receptionist immediately said, 'They're too high, aren't they?' so there have been other complaints. It wouldn't cost much to buy even a few lower pillows for guests who request them. It's a small investment and would solve this problem. We couldn't sleep well any night, and our backs and necks hurt every day, turning what could have been a perfect stay into a disaster. I wouldn't stay here again because of this; ultimately, the basic goal of a hotel is to sleep, and we couldn't.

Spacious room with all the amenities. Everything was very clean and right in the city center. It's the best option if you want to visit Wrocław. My only minor gripe is that when you shower, the bathroom light goes out because it doesn't detect movement. Everything is so modern! And the toilet paper felt like sandpaper.

Unbeatable location, very comfortable and clean. I have no complaints whatsoever. Incredible value for money, I would definitely stay here again.
