A little bit far from city centre, besides of that everything is great!

The stay was great close to everything g super clean and amazing

Everything was clean and communication fluent and very helpful.

Cozy room, toilet and kitchen that are truly important! Very well communicated and helpful all staff such as Julia, Angelica and Michal. Good distance to the big nice park and historic churches. Two thumbs up for the hostel.

I tried to open the door with the card given to me at the hotel reception desk and go in, but I was surprised to see someone's belongings, so I went back to the desk. The desk told me to wait, saying that they had to call the housekeeper to check. It was around 6pm at that time, but I couldn't wait any longer, so I had dinner and came back at 7:30pm. I received a room, but it was a king-size single bed instead of the twin bed I had originally reserved. There was no hairdryer or heater in the room, and cold air was leaking in through the window. The staff apologized, refunded the parking fee, and that was the end of it. It was a total mess.

My trip was super quick, I booked a place to sleep on the way! They have affordable and very large private parking!

The hotel is conveniently located near bus and tram stops and is very clean. The reception is staffed 24/7. Once, I couldn't get into my room, so I went to reception and the receptionist reactivated my key card. She did, however, have a cold. I can't comment on the food, as I booked without breakfast.

A high-quality hotel, large and inexpensive parking, quiet surroundings and helpful staff

The hotel is frozen in time, the rooms need a complete renovation, there is only one socket in the wall, next to the TV with the museum... Breakfast is also terrible, not worth the price.

Clean, tidy, nice service, good location - peace and quiet, a place worth recommending.

Very average hotel. Rooms with a small area. No kettle in the room. I probably won't visit this facility again.
