Good location 5 mins from markey square. On a busy road but didn't hear noise in the room. Spacious, well equipped room Friendly and helpful staff.

Central location, modern and functional arrangement The room are clean and sufficient. The very friendly staff and a very nice breakfast make our stay very enjoyable!

The photos on this page are not a representation of the rooms. We are currently staying in room 502. The room is small, the bed pushed up against the wall, no side table, no safe, no milk on the tea/coffee tray. The room is clean but I wouldn’t personally stay and not recommend anyone staying in this hotel, there are much nicer hotels in the area. We are currently touring Poland and this is the worst hotel for comfort we have stayed in and fortunately we leave tomorrow.Nikola on reception is very good and has tried to accommodate our request to move rooms but the hotel want to charge us to move rooms!

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the centre of Wroclaw with only a 2 minute stroll to the Main Square, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The area around the hotel is lovely and very safe. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, pleasant and easy to deal with. The hotel lobby is very nice, the rooms are clean and have the required facilities. There is a glass water bottle left in the room which can be filled free of charge with water from a water dispender at the lobby at your leisure which is a really nice feature. There is a luggage storage facility, drinks and snacks at the hotel. The room was quite small and the beds are not the most comfortable but nothing that will affect your stay too much. When we arrived there were only two small pillows but additional pillows were supplied without any issue after we requested those at reception. Excellent value for money overall!

We had a very comfortable stay here. The location is perfect as it is right on the Market Square. The room was well presented & very clean. Excellent value for money!

The hotel was clean and welcoming and in a really good location, the staff were friendly. We had the breakfast once, it was a little more on the expensive side but good with a lot of options. The reason this was rated a 3 was due to the mattress, it was as thin as a mattress topper and not very comfortable, especially for more than a couple of nights. It also moved a lot leaving gaps and bare mattress. I overall enjoyed the stay but the mattress was the only thing that was poor.

The only real complaint we have about the hotel is the noise. All rooms are facing the busy street and the windows offer next to no sound proofing. Noise was also clearly audible from adjacent rooms or doors slamming shut. Bring earplugs. Other than that, the hotel is centrally located, staff are friendly and breakfast was decent.
