I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. Spent three nights here on a recent business trip to Poland. The hotel is really well situated for a short walk into the city centre yet just far enough out for it not to be noisy at night. The breakfast does not have a huge choice on the buffet but you can order extras from the menu. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the bathroom is clean and modern. I had a corner bath, not sure if all rooms are the same. Decent value for money and the staff speak good English (better than my limited Polish) Would definitely recommend

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

+Excellent breakfast - you can pick the food from the buffet but you can also order the meals from the menu, nice view from the classic plus room (walking path along the river + nice garden), comfortable bed, quite room (you can hear someone on the corridor but not really once they enter their room), tablet as a way to adjust lights, temperature etc., I feel like the biggest + is the fact that the classic plus room has the check out at 2 p.m so you don't have to be in a rush in the morning or wander around the city with your suitcase, really nice staff :) the building is quite small - only 3 floors so you don't really bump into other people all the time, nice location - right by the river, close to the railway station, market square and there are many nice bars and restaurants in the direct neighbourhood -I would add more lights as the overall set up was more towards this relaxing vibe and sometimes I just felt like it was a bit too dark. I would also allow more lightswitch confugurations as basically one was in charge of the whole room (you can control the intensity on the tablet but it does not solve the issue). As my trip was in November, I feel like even the warmest temperature setting was still quite cold. I'm not a fan of the glass walls in the bathrooms (there is a curtain so it makes it a bit better) The cons are mostly my personal prefrences so they don't really take away from the really nice experience :)

Herbal Hotel was previously a monastic building , which has been beautifully converted to a modern , state of the art hostelry . Not only are the bedrooms and the public rooms tastefully furnished and decorated but everything from the bed linen , the towels , and the food , excellent . The only problem we encountered was how to have a shower without flooding the bathroom . The bath itself was a bit of a nightmare for this elderly guest , slippery underfoot and very high -sided . However I cannot otherwise fault this lovely place with its extensive herb garden at the front of the building . Drinks and light refreshments could be enjoyed outside on the terrace or in the vaulted cellar . Breakfast had a comprehensive menu with hot and cold food and plenty of fresh fruit . The hotel is handy for the city centre as long as you discover the short cut . You will be guaranteed a good night’s sleep as no traffic sounds will disturb you .

After reading many great reviews on the hotel l decided to book the Classic double room, 1 double bed with a city view for a 5-night stay with breakfast included. The hotel is in a great location and say 5 min walk to the Wroclaw Market Square and restaurants. Had large room which was well maintained with a comfortable bed and had no problem sleeping at night. It was a great decision to include breakfast in my stay as it was convenient for me as it offers many choices and l did enjoy each meal l did have. A great way to start the day off. The main reason l rate the hotel so highly is the staff who work there who are the soul of the hotel and make this a special place to stay at and appreciate everything they did for me.

Pros - Central Old Town Hotel - Very Clean - Warm - Excellent Customer Service - this cannot be highlighted enough. The staff were the best thing about the hotel. Anything they could help us with was done pleasantly, and with a 'Happy to help' attitude. Anything they couldn't help us with (no uk/EU adaptor), when we came back to the hotel later that day, they had found one for us. They ordered us taxis, recharged our phones for us after we had checked out, printed route on map, etc. A++ for Customer Service. -Breakfast, was delicious and hearty. Some healthy options - salatka, salad, ham, tomatoe, cheeses, fruit salad but also hot sausage, and warm sweet cream-cheese pancakes. Croissants, bread rolls, rye bread, butters, jams, honey, Cereals, mueslies, yoghurt. Nice coffee machine, nice selection of teas, selection of juices. Cons - The hotel bedrooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. That's it.. There really were no 'cons'.

The Hotel was a very clean comfortable and perfectly located hotel just around the corner from the Christmas Market. The staff at the hotel was very friendly from checking in to checking out and returning later to collect our luggage as they had a room for us to leave it for few hours as we waited for our flights. Didn’t eat in the hotel as we were spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafés all around us. Great hotel for a stay at a very reasonable price I was very pleased with everything and definitely value for money and would recommend and hopefully visit again in the future.

Nice hotel . Great.position. Nice rooms . Clean. Only spoiled by top offparking charge which check in did not warn us about. This may have been due to stress over horrendous building site mouse in hotel. But l did ask about parking and staff were vague about the cost. We got abadty shock as cost per day was almost the same as the room. Wyndham have no customer service for Europe so my attempts to contact them failed.

It was my first stay in that place during a weekend in Wroclaw and I was not disappointed. The room I was given was so nicely decorated, cosy and most importanly - sterile cleanliness - I have never seen such a clean room. Its location is the biggest advantage without a doubt - about 400 meters from a main market - a lot of clubs and restaurants nerby the object. The sound insulation of the rooms is also of a high level. I can highly recommend this place.
