The front desk was very friendly and professional, and they also helped coordinate parking spaces. I checked in late that day and left early the next day, so I didn't have a good time to visit Wuchang. The room in this hotel is very spacious, and even the faucet is wiped clean without a drop of water. It is very, very clean, super clean! The large wall-mounted shower, who knows, I like it too much. When booking a hotel, I referred to a lot before choosing this one! The hot water is also very stable, and I took a great hot bath! I went to Phoenix Mountain the next day, so I chose this hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuchang.

CCeritalahWe stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring.
Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch.
The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

GGuest UserI rarely write such detailed reviews, but this trip to Harbin, especially the arrangements in Xuegu, was truly a highlight. This guesthouse we booked was perfect for enjoying the snow. Just 30 meters from the entrance, there's a huge snowy field, and behind it, a mountain for hiking to see rime ice. The guesthouse is newly renovated but has no unpleasant smell. The room was spacious, very clean, and soundproofing was excellent; even with fireworks going off outside, I couldn't hear a thing, so I slept wonderfully for both nights. For such an affordable price, breakfast was included. The sweet potato porridge was delicious and fragrant, and there were also eggs, steamed buns, pickles, melon seeds, sugar tangerines, and frozen pears – all you can eat. Plus, there were free fireworks displays in the evening! The landlady was incredibly warm and helpful, answering all our questions and even providing us with lots of travel tips. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time during our two days in Xuegu. I hope to come back again and have already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserWe stayed here with our 4-year-old child and had a very pleasant experience. The guesthouse area is beautiful and well maintained. There is a front yard where children can freely play in the snow, build snowmen, and enjoy winter activities. When it gets too cold, you can simply go back inside the house without needing to walk far.
The guesthouse is also conveniently located near an amusement park and a large stage. In the evenings, there are bonfires and fireworks starting from 7:00 PM, which adds to the overall experience. The amusement park is more than sufficient for young children.
For those looking for more adventure, the owner can help arrange activities such as fishing, skiing, snowboarding, or snowmobile rides at nearby locations within about 3 km. There is really no need to travel far to places like Wusongling or Bear Hills, as there are plenty of activities available nearby, and the area is not crowded.
The only downside is that there is no ski conveyor or lift, so you need to walk uphill if you want to ski again.

GGuest UserI chanced upon Yilaikezhan by chance after knowing the snow town was closed. So I searched for an alternative and after booking, the boss got in contact with me and helped me arranged transport to pick me up from airport to his place.
It was a scenic drive and the driver was great and very helpful. We were hungry and he stopped by for us to grab some food before heading to the guesthouse.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the super friendly and hospitable host. The room is neat and tidy, comfortable bed with a heater that i realised by chance. Although we arrived late in Mar and most of the places, the snow has melted, but magically there are some really nice snow scenery for photo taking.
There is a really lovely river just infront of the guesthouse, where the view is really enchanting. The food served by the lady host is super delicious but it came it really huge portion that we felt bad not able to finish. We have small stomach to begin with.
The next day, the boss drove us into the mountain to see some really nice snow, at least knee height. Really beautiful and along the way, we saw cows. Stopped again for photo taking.
It was an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.
The stay, the food the hospitality is top notch!
This has been the highlight of our trip and would come here for another stay when we make another trip back to harbin.

MM1y0k1i5w****Snow Valley Nannan Homestay exceeded our expectations! The guesthouse is surrounded by white snow, and the courtyard has swings and a snow slope, perfect for kids to play in. The room facilities are complete, with a well-functioning water heater and reliable Wi-Fi, making it easy to stream videos and upload photos without issues. The owner is a fantastic cook; their authentic Northeastern dishes like Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms, Di San Xian (stir-fried potato, pepper, and eggplant), and Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) were incredibly delicious, generously portioned, and affordable. They also provide free snow tubes, shovels, and other snow play tools, saving us the cost of rentals. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep to recharge. The owner even helped us book our return tickets, taking away any worries. It was a comfortable and stress-free stay, definitely the best value for money in Snow Valley!

He has multiple jobs including driver, tour guide, photographer, babysitter, help with booking a car, customizing an itinerary, etc. I knew there was no TV in the room before booking, but I was afraid I would be bored. As a result, the whole night's activities were arranged in a variety of ways, haha. You can have fun and fall asleep. The boss's family is warm and sincere. It really feels like home. The sliding ring in their own yard makes the children have a lot of fun. There are even more fun trips to Yangcao Mountain Crossing and Wusongling. The boss also took us to explore the snow in depth, and the experience was full 💯 There was also a small episode. On the way to the B&B, I left my ID card in the service area halfway. The boss helped to contact and find it. When we came back from the trip, he gave us a big surprise. I was touched❤️ The first sentence of the child after moving to Harbin was Let's go back to Xuegu to play 😂😂😂 Highly recommended for families with children, super cost-effective You can just go to the snow town to check in. If you have enough time, it is recommended to stay here for a few more days. This is the most satisfactory place for this trip to Harbin. I will come again next time! ! ! 🥰

They even came out to meet us and gave us excellent tips on where to eat, drink, and have fun, helping us avoid any tourist traps – absolutely fantastic! The room layout was very well designed and spacious. Most importantly, it was spotless and odorless, feeling just as cozy as our own home.

99936zmI highly, highly, highly recommend this guesthouse! We really value cleanliness, and this place absolutely nailed it. There wasn't a single strange smell when we walked in, and the floors were sparkling clean – everything looked super reassuring. The facilities were thoughtfully provided too. I finally got to experience sleeping on a traditional 'kang' (heated bed) from Northeast China, hahaha! I was a bit worried about the cold in the Northeast, but the room temperature was just perfect, very warm. The 24-hour hot water was incredibly convenient; it felt amazing to take a hot shower after being out in the snow. Charging outlets, a hairdryer, all these little essentials were well-stocked and incredibly handy. The service was absolutely outstanding. The owners were genuinely warm and welcoming. They proactively helped us with our luggage when we got out of the car, let us borrow traditional floral cotton coats for free, and even taught us the 'splashing water into ice' trick. When we went to Wusongling (Rime Island), the owner came along, recorded videos for us with their 360 camera, and personally sent them to us. The service was truly superb! Thanks for giving us such a wonderful trip experience in Northeast China. I'll definitely recommend this to all my friends!

From the moment I arrived at Snow Valley, I felt like I was not a guest, but a member of their family. During my stay, I unfortunately became sick after long travel and extreme cold, and the hotel owners and staff took genuine care of me. They checked on me, helped me, and made sure I was comfortable and safe. That level of care is something you don’t forget.
The hotel itself is very clean, well-organized, and warm, which is extremely important in such cold weather. The rooms are comfortable, the heating is excellent, and cleanliness is clearly a priority. Everything felt calm, cozy, and welcoming.
What made this place truly special was the family atmosphere. I enjoyed sitting with them, laughing, talking, and sharing stories. Even with language differences, their kindness spoke louder than words. They made me feel at home, far away from my own country.
After traveling across China for nearly two months and staying in many places, I can confidently say this was one of my most meaningful and beautiful experiences. I will never forget this stay, and I truly hope to come back again in the future.
Highly recommended to anyone visiting Snow Valley — not just for accommodation, but for a real human experience.

No one offered to help; the staff just stood there, looking and smiling, without offering any assistance. There were also no activity recommendations. That's enough for me.
