鼎龍灣節假日的房價大概是一百多到兩百多，我們選擇了最便宜的海景房，後來才發現便宜是有理由的。首先是酒店管理和服務差，我們提前一天訂房，當天傍晚六點半才開房，房間竟然還沒有做衞生，被子枕頭沒換，沒有飲用水，甚至有的房間取電卡也沒有。高層沒水洗澡，打電話給客服，叫去低層的另一套房洗澡，很麻煩。酒店前台還是用最原始的紙張筆墨記錄開房訊息，沒有電腦管理。沒有房卡還收100元按金，房間門鎖密碼是要微信加客服好友才能得到密碼的。房間的設施也很陳舊，大門和門框都脱皮掉漆了，被子的棉芯是濕潤的，還有發黴的氣味。沒有一次性馬桶貼，馬痛蓋也不清潔。衣架衹有一個，晾衣服的繩子很臟。1.8米的床有彈簧床墊，1.2米的床沒有床墊，是硬板床加薄棉墊，睡得骨頭都疼。入口走廊有灶台和洗碗槽，沒有爐灶，但是牆上貼有告示禁止用電磁爐和燃氣灶，不知道提供這個灶台來幹什麼。另外，牆體的隔音很差，隔壁的年輕人喝酒大聲喧囂知道兩三點，讓人無法入睡。酒店沒有提供早餐，樓下有個粉店，有腸粉牛腩粉和雲吞麪等，味道一般，衞生較差，廚師不戴口罩不戴手套，直接用手抓粉面和雲吞。酒店的周邊地面和地下停車庫都可以停車，衹是車位難找，甚至不小心會開進地下車庫的斷頭路，衹能倒車出來，當一排車都走錯的時候倒車就很麻煩，我們就是這樣，磨了許久才倒車出得來。這個酒店也有好的地方：有個大陽台看海景心曠神怡；位置離海邊近，下樓走一兩百米就可以去沙灘趕海；浴巾是一次性的，相對比較衞生。房間有wifi，不過我和朋友訂的房間有的房沒有提供wifi密碼。

1，床發黴，臭，一晚上都睡不着，影響特別嚴重。剛入住時打開陽台門和大門，風很大，一下子沒感覺出臭味，到晚上睡覺就一陣一陣惡臭，一晚上都睡不着，並且空調還漏水滴在房間裏，真頭痛！第二天到外檢查，看哪臭，才發現，床墊什麼的都發黴了。2，説的2點入住，給了我們房號和密碼，去游泳玩完全身濕回來時，下午5了，也也沒人來打掃沒能入住，幾個房間一片狼藉，我們大人小孩，現場等打掃6點才能入住才能使用，嚴重影響。3，電視壞的，叫人來修説好的但一直沒人來修。電梯也經常壞，半夜12點左右兩個電梯都壞了，嘿嘿嘿都走樓梯吧，第二天9點上下才有人來修。4，給**，説可以減一半的房費，叫我聯繫酒店。酒店説沒這回事。又給平台打電話，給我我那老闆電話，結果又説衹能退一間房的一半，還讓不要差評，幾家人出去玩，人家住的那麼憋屈，我訂的房，能交待得了嗎？直接又**了。這平台也不是什麼好鳥，説什麼操作不了要我聯繫酒店。我不管了，我向平台下單，平台沒有履行合同合約，我就要平台退，至於酒店我不管，酒店和我沒關係！折騰半天，這兩個破玩意兒，最終把一間房費退回來了。5，地方呢，吃飯的地方不太方便，也比較貴。海水正常不算差可以游泳。住宿實在太差了，提供什麼飲用水呀？一次性拖鞋啊，等等都沒有。關鍵是服務太差了，床發臭還，沒有準時打掃房不能入住，影響太壞了。我問過那些清潔阿姨，人家説壓根沒有叫打掃這幾間，典型就是他們的管理上的問題，並不是因為忙。唯一的就是便宜，這附近的都便宜，不知是不是共性問題。

整體環境一般，簡裝風，海邊房屋海風侵蝕得有很多地方生銹的樣子，訂的雙人床是1.5床和單人床是1.2床，對於家庭出行超過4人是睡得很擠的。14點辦理入住到房，衞生清潔還沒有搞，催促前台辦理多次忙線得撥不通，第二天續住叫幫忙簡單搞下衞生如倒下垃圾、拿些清洗用品就可以了，從早上9點多到晚上22點都沒有人來，期間催促前台多次，都是反應“好的我幫你問下阿姨哈、阿姨已經在趕來的路上、阿姨在忙還沒有輪到你們這邊、阿姨到現在還沒有下班”等等，近23點了才過來搞了不到5分鐘的衞生，商家前台説假期流量太大了，接待不過來，可是既然流量這麼多，你也想變現多，那理應也需要匹配相應的人員配置和設施配備，假期房源緊張臨時工也應該安排上啊，不想花錢又想辦大事，糧草不足又想馬兒跑千里，這樣子怎麼給好評呢。住宿在景區內，説是不收景區門票但是停車費30元一天，有點貴是真的，貼着廣告標語住宿不收停車費是假的。

服務：半天不退房 房間還有用過的毛巾，紙巾沒有拍到圖片  洗衣服用不了 空調也是壞的 我訂的單間大房間 結果給我一個兩張床的小房間
打電話聯繫他，讓他換房，他説沒有了 我提前一天就預訂的 結果給我拿了個最低二樓
