GGuest UserThe room was really spacious. What was a rare and thoughtful touch was the provision of extra duvets, which was incredibly convenient for us traveling with kids. We pushed the two 1.2-meter wide beds together, and with everyone having their own duvet, we all had a very peaceful and comfortable sleep.
The breakfast ramen was unbelievably good, even better than what you'd find outside. The chef hand-pulled the noodles, making them wonderfully springy, and the broth was incredibly flavorful.
The breakfast spread also featured special Mongolian morning tea and shredded pork soup. I recommend going early as the selection is quite comprehensive. The shredded pork soup was delicious, tasting somewhat like a tomato and beef soup. Now, for the Mongolian morning tea... I took one sip and it nearly blew my mind! 😱😱 You absolutely have to try it yourselves. It's served with items like dried yogurt curds and stir-fried millet with beef, and is reportedly authentic Mongolian morning tea.
I must give a special mention to the front desk staff; their service was outstanding. They were very patient and incredibly charming.
Alright, enough said. In short, this place is truly fantastic. I don't want to over-praise and make you think I'm a paid shill!

Drinking a bowl of milk tea and eating a bowl of ramen was very filling. Hahahahaha. Xiaona and Xiaoyuan at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. Because I didn't know what to eat in Alashan, they took out a small map for me to navigate. They were really enthusiastic! And when I asked about the local specialties, they gave me an agate bracelet! The stay experience can be said to be quite good!

Secondly, the hotel's service is also very good, especially the front desk that received us was small. At that time, the body was burning. At the reception, we first wore a mask and took off the coat worn due to the cold. We checked in according to the company's regulations. The spirit of serious dedication made us very touched. Then when checking out, Xiaomiao was also very serious, fully showing the company's management norms.
Third, the accessories, books, coffee, etc. in the room are showing the culture of the hotel. The bedding is also very comfortable and clean. There are two pillows per person, one is memory cotton, and the other is a common pillow, which fully meets the needs of different people.
Fourth, the breakfast is rich and the nutrition is reasonable. After arriving at the hotel in the evening, the place to eat outside is controlled within one kilometer, and a variety of meals can be found suitable for taste.

I have stayed in many hotels. The new hotel has fashionable decoration, but the decoration smell remains. The old hotel has musty smell in the room. The indoor air here is naturally fresh and the temperature is comfortable. The small town next to it is full of ancient style and there are many delicious foods. It is very pleasant to take a walk in the wetland park in the evening. I am very satisfied with my short stay for one day.

11zhiyangyang五一去的，為了體驗選擇了一晚沙漠房車，説實話衹有服務態度還算滿意的，其他都不行，不知道其他營地是不是也這樣，不滿意不會再來。
設施：
設施實在糟糕，房車內很小、洗手間一直處於濕乎乎的狀態，地板都滿是水，進去上廁所需要把褲子挽起來，在馬桶坐下都是頂着前面的板子，非常難受。
到了晚上房車裡的燈是壞的，房車內漆黑一片，叫人來修也沒修好，廁所裏燈徹底打不開，晚上完全摸黑上廁所，真的無語。
衞生紙和廁紙衹給了一包，需要共用，還是那種很薄的紙，三個人住壓根不夠用。

不怎麼樣，尤其是洗手間很臟，床的衞生還算可以
環境：
衹能説在沙漠裏條件有限吧，房車內環境實在太一般了，早餐還湊合吧，可以吃飽沒問題，口味比較一般。晚上人多的話會有篝火晚會和煙花，倒是挺熱鬧的，但是提個小建議就是仙女棒可以入住的客人都發兩個，畢竟不值錢，或者可以提前告訴客人沙漠裏可以玩這些東西，不然住客可能會不知道。
服務：
服務倒是可以，提前加了微信發位置，住宿領隊也會很負責的聯繫你確認有沒有順利入住。房車的燈壞了也積極協調解決了雖然最後沒解決了。我們帶了小狗，客服也幫忙協調了，衹要牽着繩就可以帶。
