This hotel truly offered an unparalleled service experience and excellent value for money, making it highly recommended. Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Wuhai was the right decision; I was immediately drawn in by the atmosphere upon entering. The reception staff were incredibly kind and gentle, providing exceptional service. Upon check-in, they helped me with my luggage to my room, thoughtfully provided the Wi-Fi password and the front desk phone number, so they could assist me quickly with any needs. The room was comfortable and bright, simply decorated, with soft and clean bedding. The mousse mattress and latex pillows were a major highlight, ensuring I could get a full rest after a busy day. What touched me even more was that when the housekeeping staff noticed my clothes were dirty, they proactively washed them for me and brought them back to my room. This meticulous service made me feel incredibly warm and at ease. Furthermore, the hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation. It's close to the high-speed rail station, a park is just across the street, and Wuhai Lake is very close. This place is truly perfect, exceeding my expectations. Even hailing a taxi was handled by a concierge. I am truly grateful for the hotel's excellent service! It gave me a flawless stay experience!!!
