The room facilities exceeded expectations, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and even the corners were shining! The daily room cleaning was very meticulous, and even the mineral water was thoughtfully refilled. I especially like the concierge who took the initiative to help with the luggage and reminded us to bring all the items when we left the hotel.
