This hotel is generally very accommodating; they'll fulfill most requests except for providing sharp objects. The main draw is the affordable room rate. It was my first time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn, and I had a good experience. The lobby facilities are convenient and well-lit, with computers available in the business area. The front desk and housekeeping staff were also excellent – very enthusiastic and efficient. Parking is free; you just need to register your license plate at the front desk. I was satisfied with my stay and it's definitely worth a five-star review. I'd consider staying here again for future business trips!

The parking lot had ample spaces, both above and below ground, making entry and exit convenient. The business center was well-equipped. The environment and hygiene are excellent. The bathroom mirrors are makeup mirrors with built-in lights, and some rooms even have full-length mirrors. There's also a laundry room with dryers available. You can store your luggage for free, and there's a little robot that delivers food which is super convenient. Five-star rating!

The bedding in the room was comfortable, and the pillows were just right – I slept soundly through the night with no noise. The towels were super clean and hygienic, making me feel very secure about the room's cleanliness! Breakfast was bountiful and delicious, with a wide variety of fruits and desserts. The dishes looked incredibly fresh, showing professionalism and thoughtfulness. The hotel's location is convenient, not far from the subway. Plus, I forgot a personal item and when I asked the front desk lady, she was incredibly helpful and immediately resolved the issue. Such attentive service! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. It truly deserves a full five-star rating!!

We chose this hotel in the Optics Valley area for our trip to Wuhan. It's conveniently located near Fozuling Metro Station, about a five-minute walk, with a shopping mall and cinema nearby. They even offer a shuttle bus directly to the venue, and the service is excellent. Since it was cherry blossom season, the hotel thoughtfully provided a cherry blossom viewing map. The rooms are well-equipped and quite spacious. However, the elevator can be a bit slow, especially during peak hours. The breakfast spread is fantastic, featuring local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Three-Delicacy Doupi, so you don't even need to go out for food.
