Having traveled for business multiple times, Hilton Garden Inn is always my most reassuring choice! The rooms are spacious, and the environment is great. The hotel also offers free parking in an above-ground lot. For breakfast, they have specialty beef noodles and beef vermicelli. It's only one stop away from Hankou Railway Station, so there's no rush when catching a train. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they readily agreed to a late check-out. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Very conveniently located in the city with the #2 subway line to the airport directly.

Hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

Is amazing to have ahuge pillar right in between the window.. the water pressure in the shower is low. Their room rate is high among the Hilton or similar standard hotels.

This is a neat, stylish and clean hotel. The bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is nearby a shooping mall, 天街，which is convenient for the traveler to have meals. It takes few minutes to access the metro station.

The place is very good.. 👍 It’s near in the paradise mall and subway station . 🚉 100 percent recommended..

Location is quite nice. Although there was several things which decreased our experience of staying at this place: there was no soap in the room; breakfast is sooo mediocre Overall not bad

Room was great, very clean, well appointed and very new. The location is also great,close to everything, breakfast was also good. Got upgraded due to Hilton Gold Member, however really no other recognitions. Unfortunately, the service was the let down, reception staff showed no interest, no eye contact, no communication, didn’t tell me where is the restaurant opening hours, inclusions of my room and worst didn’t even tell me where is the lift to get to our room.

I must give the hotel service a huge thumbs up! From arrival to departure, every staff member greeted me with a smile, making me feel very welcome. They responded quickly to any issues, showing great attentiveness. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. It was a very pleasant stay.

Surprise upgrade to Hampton Suite, the experience exceeded expectations! The space is spacious and bright, the office area and the rest area are separated, efficient and comfortable. The bedding still maintains the high standards of Hampton, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and a good night's sleep. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient. Hedy at the front desk is enthusiastic and professional, and also gave the children a small gift bag. It is the first choice for travel, and I will choose here next time!

As a frequent business traveler, the price/performance ratio of this Hampton is indeed surprising. The most outstanding feature is its prime location - the core business district of Qingnian Road, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and mature surrounding commercial facilities, which are very convenient for business meetings and leisure shopping. The hotel continues the consistent standardized service of Hampton by Hilton, and the comfort of the bedding exceeds that of hotels of the same price. I especially like their customized Serta mattresses. The business facilities are quite practical: there is a 24-hour business area in the lobby, and the printer is easy to use; the desk in the room is of reasonable size and the socket layout is scientific; although the sound insulation is not as good as that of high-end hotels, it is superior compared to competing products of the same price.

What's more surprising is the detailed service - free high-speed WiFi, 24-hour business area, and even thoughtful turndown service! The location is also very convenient, with everything from dining and shopping nearby. Whether it's a business trip or a leisure trip, Hampton by Hilton always makes people feel the warmth and efficiency of the "Hampton style", and I will definitely choose it again!
