Their services is superb, the staff very helpful. I love their self service laundry. Sometime the staff will help send the clothes to your room once done if they are around there after their housekeeping done. Room is spacious and bright. They got robot to send the meal, delivery or room amenities required to your room. Location is super strategic, if you wanna take the city train or high speed train, both station just 200-300m distance from the hotel, very convenient

Extremely satisfied! The service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. It's just a minute's walk from the train station, highly recommend! I always stay at this hotel when I'm on business trips in Wuhan. They even thoughtfully deliver coffee in the morning.

Overall, it's pretty good. The front desk staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is also unbeatable; I always stay here when transferring at Hankou Station.
