每次出行都優先選全季，果然從不讓人失望！位置優勢拉滿，對面是萬科未來中心，日常採購、覓食都超便捷，去動物園也衹需很短的路程。前台工作人員態度温和，辦理流程順暢，還貼心提醒了早餐時間和退房政策。客房打掃得格外徹底，各類用品擺放整齊，床品柔軟舒適，整個空間整潔清爽，沒有任何衞生死角。無論是服務、衞生還是地理位置都無可挑剔，強烈推薦！

酒店周圍交通方便，打車很快，吃飯的地點很多。房間，電視和床都很大，投屏操作簡單。早餐品種足夠，喜歡吃的該有的都有了，熱乾麪好吃。

很讚的酒店，尤其是帶着孩子來，能貼心照顧孩子所需，特別表揚凌管家做了小寶寶的枕頭- ̗̀（๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑）整個居住和辦公和休閑的區域都很合適，下次還要再來。孩子都不捨得離開這個舒適的地方。

酒店環境特別好，地鐵口距離酒店也很近，也很方便停車，酒店門口全是停車位，出行方便，服務也特別好，前台小姐姐和阿姨們都很熱情，房間整潔舒適，乾淨衞生，早餐也很好吃，總體來説住的還是挺滿意的

服務：敷衍的態度讓我望而卻步！我進店辦理入住時前台女接待人員説我定的是內景窗，我回答説我沒注意是不是內景窗，她説確定是內景窗，我説那我退掉重新訂有窗户的房型吧，我就在攜程重新定了2間舒壓大床房。女接待給我辦理入住手續，在辦理房卡時我看到她給一間房辦理的高級大床房，我問確定別辦錯了房型，她説不會辦理錯的。我又再次提醒她別給我辦理錯了，並詢問能否辦理兩間挨在一起的房間，她極其不耐煩的回答我説不會辦理錯的，到衹能是同樓層，不相近的房間。結果奇葩的事開始了，我到樓層進了房間之後發現其中一間房的床上扔着一個枕套，大無語送給客房服務員，這工作做的真讓人無奈！另一個房間居然是高級大床房，我再三確認兩間房的房型不一樣，其中一間是內景窗！我跑下樓找前台工作人員詢問，接待人員説不好意思給我開錯房型了。我要是不去前台詢問或者我不是開了兩間房並進房間對比的話，是不是也就這樣了？這工作態度和責任心真讓人無語！女接待説給我一份水果當做歉意，我真缺那份水果？全季酒店是越開店越多，服務品質是越來越差勁！品控越來越低！以後出門有別的選擇，儘量少住全季酒店，服務差勁！

想想還是沒忍心給差評，這5分是給前台服務的，從入住到解決問題，響應快速且專業，晚班白班的前台都很熱情很不錯，但衞生真的拉垮，我定了兩間都存在不同程度的問題，換房之後還是存在明顯臟污。在外就想住乾淨舒服的酒店，每次都選擇全季是奔着華住有標準有體系，這次專門挑的新店結果運氣這麼好遇到這樣的衞生狀況實在令人意外，管理層不重視還會繼續給前台服務挖坑的，不放房間圖了你們需要的話可以私下找我要，放幾張好吃好玩的武漢，不管怎樣希望你們越來越好！
