We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very outstanding and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Especially want to give kudos to the front desk who managed to communicate with us even though we have a language barrier. They were very patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay.

前台服務態度很好哦！在房間有什麼需要可以直接撥0聯繫前台的，並且房間乾淨整潔，採光很好，進門的時候看着床鋪得很整齊，很舒適，維也納酒店的床品和枕頭睡得特別舒服！衞生間是乾濕分離的，洗髮水沐浴露是飄柔和舒膚佳，都是大牌瓶裝，用起來很放心！很滿意的一次入住體驗。

我過來出差定了這家酒店，吃喝玩樂很方便，對面還有夜市一條街，還有個大超市，交通很方便，我從機場過來衹要20多分鐘，對面還有公交站，離輕軌站也很方便，前台小姐姐服務很好，還給我介紹周邊的旅遊地方，房間衞生乾淨，安靜空間大，環境很好，價格也很划算

我出差在網上看的這家酒店，評論還不錯，就定了這家酒店，交通方便，機場過來20分鐘左右就到了，附近吃喝玩樂很方便，隔壁對面都有飯店，還有小吃一條街，對面還有大超市，購物也很方便，酒店裡麪還有免費洗衣房很方便，前台小姐姐服務很貼心，我訂的不含早的房間，還給我送了早餐券，房間也給我升級了，進出門都有問候，感覺非常貼心，早餐品種也多，還有武漢熱乾麪，大廳擺設也很好，很多綠植，還有交通指引，我不熟悉周邊的路，小姐姐熱心的告訴我路線，房間地毯很乾凈，洗漱用品還是品牌的，房間乾淨舒適，床也很舒服，隔壁還有個八馬茶葉很不錯，有朋友過來還可以喝茶聊天，性價比也很高，中央空調很舒服，我朋友過來找我，開車來的，地下停車場很大，指引也很清晰，可以直接到大堂，值得推薦，非常温馨的服務

地下停車場乾淨明亮，車位很寬，牆上的指引標示牌很明顯，到酒店大堂也是非常好找的，前台服務熱情周到，問什麼問題都很有耐心的告知，退房的時候提醒我們收好隨身物品，還主動給我們拿停車票。
房間一塵不染，床鋪得很平整，看上去非常舒服，採光也不錯。一次性牙刷和梳子質量都是非常好的那種，洗髮水和沐浴露是飄柔和舒膚佳的大瓶裝，品牌還是很有保障的。洗澡的熱水特別快，房間的中央空調製暖效果也很好，暖和又不乾燥。
另外酒店隔壁有個八馬茶業店，我本地的朋友過來找我談事情，在茶葉店待了倆小時，環境不錯，窗明幾凈，配着古典音樂喝着小姐姐泡的茶，事情也談的非常順利。
總體來説各方面都非常滿意的一次入住體驗！值得推薦！
