Orange Hotel (Wuhan Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street) Reviews

This was my parents' first time traveling alone, and since they didn't want a tour group, I had to arrange a self-guided trip for them. These days, you can pretty much manage everything with a smartphone, and even though I'd planned their route, bought their tickets, and booked their accommodation before they left, they still ran into a lot of issues on the road. I really want to give a huge shout-out to the ladies at the hotel's front desk. My parents kept saying how incredibly patient they were. During their stay, they asked them for help with their phones, booking taxis, and countless other questions, and the staff patiently helped them with everything. They even thoughtfully wrote little notes and put them in my parents' phone cases as backups... My parents specifically told me to make sure I left a good review, because they had bothered the hotel staff so much over those few days, and the staff were so incredibly patient and helpful. A huge thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk – they were professional, enthusiastic, patient, and truly caring. The hotel itself had a great environment, a good location, and a very diverse breakfast selection that my parents really enjoyed. But the most important thing was the excellent service. I could give them 10086 thumbs up here!!
