Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Optics Valley Wuhan Reviews

It is a very old hotel. the room has hair and lots of stains on it. The gym opens to public and closes at 10 pm. The breakfast has less options compare with other 5 star hotels in China. The customer service is fine

It’s right outside the Guanggu station of Line 2 which goes straight to the airport. Also, there are many shops nearby and places to eat and drink.

Located opposite the Optics Valley shopping district within walking distance and near East Lake, it is within reach of many places of interest. Staff are professional and friendly, but lack attention to details. There are plenty of facilities like swimming pool and gym but only accessible to members who own a yearly membership. These facilities are outsourced to third-party contractor. It doesn't make sense for travelers who stay for a few days to buy a year membership just to utilize the facilities.

This is an excellent Hotel but for Wuhan Weather in July, the aircon needs to be stronger.

I originally booked a double room, but when I came to the front desk to check in, they saw that I brought a child with me, so they upgraded me to a suite. The room was very large, and I could see the night view of Optics Valley from the window at night. It was a very good stay experience.

Although the hotel is an old five-star hotel, the facilities and equipment are well maintained, the front desk service attitude is very good, and the check-in is efficient and professional!
