Furama Shanshui Hotel

When I placed the order with Ctrip, I checked the points to exchange for welcome fruits, but I didn't see any fruits until I checked out. The room facilities were very average, not even five-star. When we were having breakfast, seeing that we were bringing a 9-year-old child, I was forced to scan the QR code and pay the half-price breakfast fee of 38 yuan. The breakfast dishes were so pitiful that my family probably only ate 38 yuan worth of food in total. I have stayed in many hotels, no matter five-star or four-star. When checking in, the front desk would take the initiative to give our 9-year-old child a free breakfast when he saw us with our children. After all, a child cannot eat much in the morning, and this five-star Shanshui Fulihua, The room fee of 665, that’s it…

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during this trip. First of all, the service was very poor. I had to go through the check-out procedures for my flight in the morning. Because the box was too heavy, I wanted the waiter to help me carry it downstairs. The answer was that the waiter didn't go to work until 7:00 in the morning, so I couldn't move it. When I called It's already 6:58, even if it's only two minutes away, this is the first time I've encountered such a weird thing after staying in so many hotels. When I asked for directions at the front desk, I didn't know anything about it. The hotel's breakfast was also extremely confusing; and there were corridors. The lights in the room were not turned on, and it was dark and uncomfortable to look at; the equipment in the room was also very old, but the business floor room I stayed in was quite spacious, and I could overlook the Yellow Crane Tower, which was pretty good; Also, the afternoon tea is open until 9:00 pm, which is quite good; the hotel is not far from the "Xinhai Revolution Memorial Hall", about 15-20 minutes' walk. Only the above three are better. I will not stay in this hotel again next time.

設施：齊全， 衞生：乾淨衞生 環境：非常滿意 服務：非常棒，入住還送來了温馨的水果，服務超好，特別是苗苗美女的貼心服務值得贊。還有酒店服務人員整體素質非常高，我早上退房匆忙，把手錶及吊墜忘記了留在房間了，酒店服務人員及時和我電話溝通確認並給我辦理了郵寄服務，這種拾金不昧的精神要值得提倡值得表揚，希望酒店對那位不知姓名打掃衞生的工作人員重點表揚及嘉獎，同時我在此對這位服務人員及前台工作人員，還有可愛的苗苗小姐表示衷心感謝。以後來貴地首選你們的酒店，同時我也會推薦給我的親戚朋友。希望下次再見！

酒店位於首義路與張之洞路交叉十字路口處，酒店門口就有地鐵四號線首義路C出口，出行很方便。酒店房間住得很舒服，床軟硬適中，淋浴間非常好，水量很足，衞浴乾濕分離。前台小蘇經理很認真負責，認真聽取我的要求，提供建議選擇入住的房型房間，在入住時詳細介紹酒店增值服務，給我們介紹附近遊玩和美食，讓我們入住吃住遊玩無後顧之憂，為小蘇經理的服務點贊，而且提供的免費下午茶品種很多，糕點，零食，飲料，咖啡等等很豐盛，適合休息的時候去坐坐，推薦大家入住山水富麗華酒店哦。

酒店距離離武昌火車站、武漢站交通很方便，離旅遊景區也很近，出行非常方便，安排的房間很不錯，設施設備完善，視野也很開闊，窗户很大可以看到黃鶴樓夜景。賓客部經理小宋服務熱情周到，給我們送來了兩個蕎麥枕，手繪地圖，工作人員都會主動奉上熱茶，介紹了附近的景點和小餐館，特別暖心，總之體驗非常的愉快，下次有機會還會再來。

地理位置：優越，地鐵首義路C出口就是，且周邊公交車站出行也很方便！ 設施：大堂氣派，房間也很大，即使加了一張床仍不顯擁擠，我們的房間可以遠眺黃鶴樓，洗澡水很給力！每一層電梯口都有水和水果，按需取用，很人性化！另外床套被褥毛巾都是新的，枕頭也舒服！ 服務：都很好，除了空調，到的幾天武漢突然熱得要穿短袖，酒店空調檢修沒來得及完成，酒店送來了風扇，但還是有點熱的，好在最後一天降温了😂還有免費下午茶點和入住水果。 滿意，推薦！

和朋友來武漢辦事，隨便帶他來看看黃鶴樓，就選擇了這家酒店，個人還是比較喜歡這個地方，距離離武昌火車站、武漢站交通很方便，離旅遊景區也很近，晚上去黃鶴樓看看夜景，走路到長江大橋也近，非常便捷，安排的房間很舒適，設施設備完善，淋浴間和衞生間乾濕分離的，洗澡水量很充足，功夫茶具是我特別喜歡的，到店時，賓客部經理苗苗挺親切，服務很周到，入住期間需要打印幾張文件，她都能主動幫忙打印出來，幫忙放到我的房間，介紹了幾個餐飲店，去了我們想吃的龍蝦店，在江邊也可以散散步，看看江景，特別暖心，再來説一下餐飲做的還不錯，下午茶有點心、糕點、水果，很精緻，時間很充足，可以到晚上的22點結束，下次有機會會經常入住酒店！

酒店出乎意料地好，交通非常方便，4號線從武漢站出發，首義路出了地鐵口就是，周邊黃鶴樓、辛亥革命博物館也都是步行距離。酒店房間稍小，但很乾凈，服務也很周到。下午茶竟然從2點到晚上10點，出去玩一圈之後，晚上回來不想吃飯了，喝點粥吃點麪也可以，非常好！ 下次來武漢還會選擇這裏
