The hotel room was general in good condition and I really enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better with just less than Three minutes walking distance. The reception personnels are also very helpful and definitely will book the hotel when coming back to Wuhan

Near hankou train and mrt station, don't book if use taxi, it won't benefit you. Allow late check out till 4pm, this is good for travellers who catch night flight. But the cleaning department staff will go into your room without acknowledge, luckily I did put on the lock cos I didn't close my shower door. Front desk is somehow helpful and polite View from my room, therefore I can only keep the curtain off all the time

Large, comfortable room. TV was very old, as was the decor. Overall a nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is directly next to train station, however, rooms are very poor. Mold in building.

We are happy staying in this hotel. Many thanks to Mr Han for helping us booked di di to the airport. We are foreigners and unable to book. The only short coming is taxi are not allowed to come in to the hotel, making taxi abit inconvenient. Also would like to point out that the housekeeping lady on 1/6/23 removed our written notes on the side table, and replaced with new pad. We lost some information written on the notepad. Housekeeping staff should be informed not to remove without guests permission . Thank you

Reception and concierge service is excellent especially Mr Han, Mr Ding and Mr Bao. The reception ladies are also very proactive and helpful. Housekeeping staff is also excellent. Happy with the overall service. Train and MRT are nearby. Quite a number of eateries around hotel. Next to hotel, a small supermarket.

The hotel is close to the Hankou train station which is very convenient, the staffs were nice. I didn't book any breakfast so I can't say anything about it. The subway station is also nearby so you can get easily around the city. The room was a bit old and because of the carpet a little smelly, the bed was comfy though.

Right across from the train station, could t have been more convenient. Staff didn’t speak much English but were very helpful in directing me to the nearest covid test site and printing my Tibet travel permit in color for a few kuai.
