Rooms: This hotel is old, after all. I stayed here 19 years ago and had an excellent impression. I didn't expect to be so disappointed this time compared to back then. The glass top of the coffee table next to the sofa in the room was just resting on it and was very unstable. My son leaned on it lightly and almost cut his hand. Thumbs down. I don't know if it was the bedding or the room, but there was a musty smell. This is what I absolutely cannot stand. I guess it's probably similar throughout their rooms. I ended up using my own disposable pillowcases. However, the soundproofing was good, and it was far from the elevator, so I slept quite well. Service: Definitely not good, and certainly no feeling of being 'home away from home,' just cold and indifferent. The business traveler next door got an upgrade, but I didn't, even though I mentioned it to the butler who contacted me in advance. I can understand, though; an individual guest probably can't compete with business accounts. Pool: It was better than I remembered, but... the pool doesn't provide water or towels. You have to buy them yourself. I was speechless. Isn't this your hotel? But then again, the hotel's prices are indeed low, so I'll just put it down to being cheap. Parking: There are charging stations, which is a plus. What left the deepest impression... the matcha toast at the lobby bar. I really liked it, it was delicious.

The hotel environment is decent, but the facilities are a bit dated. There was a problem with room assignment; after checking into the first room, I found that the next door was under renovation, with constant unbearable noise. After complaining, I was moved to another room. However, early the next morning, around 7 AM, the landscaping department below started trimming the grass, creating a lot of noise which significantly impacted my stay.

The room layout is well-designed, with good natural light and a nice view. The bedding is soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and swimming pool, and the value for money is excellent. Guest services butler Yunna provided excellent service. I highly recommend staying here.

The service was poor, and the hygiene standards were not met. The hotel facilities are outdated. Specifically, the cleanliness was unacceptable.

My first time staying in Wuhan, and this place was a breath of fresh air. Waking up and opening the curtains, it felt completely renewed. The Wuhan Hilton is absolutely amazing, an unforgettable stay!

Staying at the Hilton Wuhan Optics Valley was an absolutely fantastic experience, truly exceeding expectations. A special shout-out to Aria for her warm and generous hospitality; she provided so much help during my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing that allowed me to truly relax and unwind in peace. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and tranquil, and the service was consistently on point throughout. All in all, it was a flawless stay.

I'd heard about Hilton Optics Valley for a while, and finally made it before the summer holidays. First, the pros: it's relatively close to Wuhan Station, less than thirty minutes without traffic, and the overall service attitude is good. Now for the cons: I bought an afternoon tea package. When I first inquired about using the voucher, the server said I could just come over when I was ready to play cards. However, preparation actually takes 40-50 minutes. I suggested that next time they could inform guests to avoid long waits. The server immediately replied that this was stated in the voucher's terms of use, requiring advance booking and on-site preparation. In fact, the voucher page didn't say that at all, making it feel like they were blaming the customer for not reading the rules carefully. Secondly, I had been in touch with customer service before arriving, and when I asked if the outdoor pool was open, I was told yes. But in reality, only half of it was open, with the other half under maintenance. Thirdly, I requested a children's bathrobe in the room, and it didn't arrive for half an hour. I called again and it was delivered within five minutes, giving the impression it had been forgotten. Fourth, because there was a conference during my two-day stay, the evening buffet was not open to the public. Neither customer service nor the check-in staff mentioned this. Overall, the service attitude is decent, but service awareness could be improved.

I stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

This hotel really made me feel at home. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was handled exceptionally well. The room was clean and comfortable, and our butler, Aria, provided meticulous service. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I still highly recommend this hotel! Overall, the service is truly exceptional. Alex was especially gentle and attentive; check-in and check-out were smooth, and she proactively reminded us of important details. The room was spacious and bright, with a private balcony and excellent natural light. The bathtub was huge, perfect for a super relaxing soak. The fitness center isn't just for workouts; it also has a kids' play area and a mini-train. The hotel's surroundings are quite nice, too. If you're traveling with children, it's incredibly convenient for entertaining them. The kids have a great time, the adults relax comfortably, and it offers fantastic value for money!

We had the worst experience. I went with my husband a week before and decided to take my mom & newborn after. The room was extremely dirty, after I complained.. the manager took over an hour to come and see even after I explained that I have a newborn and the room was too filthy for my baby to be in. He came and ran his fingers over the dirt and said “it’s clean but I’ll change the room for you” I couldn’t believe that he said it’s clean because he could surely see the filth in the room. I brought my mom for some drinks in the lobby and this pregnant waitress acted as if she didn’t want to serve us, she even accused me of walking off without paying before consulting her colleague. The most terrible hotel experience I’ve ever had! 10/10 would not recommend. For a 4 star hotel, they need to do better in being inclusive and fix up the damn place!
