My experience at this hotel was not what I expected. I came to Wuhan to travel and as a foreigner the hotel did not register me properly when I checked in. This caused tons of trouble for me since my health code was not allowing me to travel around Wuhan trouble free. If they don’t know how to accept foreigners then they should not have! Very unprofessional and unfortunate to experience. I won’t be returning to this hotel again.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Hubu Alley, Wuchang River Beach, cruise terminal, and Yellow Crane Tower, within walking distance. The breakfast was good, but because I wanted to taste the fireworks of Jiangcheng Wuhan in Hubu Alley, I didn't eat in the restaurant.

位置很靠近户部巷，距離碼頭也近，晚上出行很方便，訂的是雙人房，小姐姐很熱情幫忙升級了房間，贈送了旅遊攻略，很貼心安排住在二樓靠近窗的，預訂了兩天，贈送的早餐也很不錯，有武漢特色的熱乾麪，房間隔音很好，就是燈光有點暗，下次來這邊玩還是會考慮入住。

假期來長沙玩選擇了桔子酒店，之前一直住全季。這家桔子位置非常好，户部巷黃鶴樓步行就可以到，還靠江邊，坐輪渡也方便。酒店的服務是我見過最好的，而且是每一個服務人員都非常有服務意識，沒有掉鏈子的，有問題都很積極解決。給辦理入住的小哥哥還幫我們升了房，推薦哦。

環境特別棒，距離户部巷，糧道街，紅牆黃鶴樓，長江碼頭都特別的近，酒店前台的小姐姐也超級客氣，還提供了攻略。因行程變更，提前退了房，酒店也是耐心對待，退房時還給送了小禮包，很貼心。
