This Hotel is highly recommend for Families who love shopping and enjoying delicious food. One step away from the front door, you'll find them all. Large rooms, complete facilities, super friendly and very helpful staff, even though we can't speak or read in Chinese, they're patiently tried very hard to help and meet our needs, and we really appreciate that. Even in the room there is an AI assistant named Xiaodu who makes you feel like you are living in the future. I really like the performance of this hotel and will come back again when I visit Wuhan on my next trip.

The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

Not only do they offer a great selection of hot teas, tea bags, and filtered water for free all day, but the cups are spotless and readily available. They even thoughtfully provide little snacks. It's the perfect spot to relax and grab a warm drink to warm up and unwind before or after catching a high-speed train. The staff are incredibly attentive, always refilling everything promptly, so it's never out of stock. The attention to detail is truly top-notch.

Its exterior is perfect for taking photos, offering some great shots. The hotel is located in a prime area, not far from Hankou Customs House, Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Xiananfang, and Bagong House, making transportation quite convenient. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The service is absolutely impeccable, and they even gave me a complimentary upgrade. Huazhu brands are truly trustworthy.

The bedding still maintains the high standards of Hampton, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and a good night's sleep. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient. Hedy at the front desk is enthusiastic and professional, and also gave the children a small gift bag. MM448547****This is my second time in Wuhan, and my friend and I specifically chose to stay at a duplex hotel this time. It was a pleasant surprise with a very innovative design; I particularly liked the staircase. The entire room is smart-controlled and very photogenic. The best part is its proximity to Jianghan Road, making travel very convenient – just a few minutes' bike ride away. The service was excellent too; they kindly added an extra duvet for us and provided tissues and disposable cups when asked. It offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys novel experiences!

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable.
If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

**Service:** Outstanding! Absolutely impeccable, everyone was incredibly thoughtful.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless.
**Facilities:** The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! We booked both the 180-degree and 270-degree executive rooms, and both were fantastic. The river view was lovely, and the panoramic views were superb. The shower had great water pressure.
**Executive Lounge Privileges:** Definitely worth it. The desserts in the lounge were exquisite and delicious, and the evening drinks were also very good.
**Breakfast:** Quite ordinary; I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it.
**Lunch:** We tried the Hong Kong-style buffet at Cui Xiang, which was pretty good and offered great value for money.
We also ordered their拌面 (mixed noodles) with fried egg and rice wine in our room, and it was unexpectedly delicious.
**Location:** Very convenient. Li Huangpo Road is right downstairs, and it's about a 1.2 km walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, so a taxi ride is very cheap. Getting to Yellow Crane Tower, Gude Temple, or the Provincial Museum takes about 25 minutes by taxi, costing around 16 RMB.
Overall, highly recommended! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I revisit Wuhan!
