What a lovely hotel in the middle of the busy streets of Jianghan Road. We were very surprised with the size of thia hotel room. It has a king size bed and 2 single beds. Neds are very comfortable and soft as well. It seems like this is a family room. It was too big for my husband and I but we truly enjoyed this hotel room. We only stayed for two nights and how we wished we stayed longer. The concierge are very helpful too.

Nice, clean hotel. Looks and feel like Ibis Hotel. Rooms are relatively big. Recommended for travellers or bisness trio.

During the cherry blossom season in March, I was fortunate to come to this beautiful city and stayed at a hotel with good service and beautiful environment. I was impressed by this trip, especially the excellent service and recommendations of the surrounding attractions enjoyed by the hotel. First of all, I would like to praise the hotel staff, especially the lady named Yuan. She always greets every guest with a smile, whether it is check-in or answering various questions, she always patiently and meticulously helps. Whenever I have difficulties or need some advice, she always comes up to me quickly and gives me the most intimate service. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel at home, really appreciate her hard work, and secondly, the hotel environment left a deep impression on me. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by its cleanliness and elegance. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the colors are matched just right, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The rooms are also very clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, making people feel at home. The health of the whole hotel is very good, every corner is kept spotless, I feel very relieved and satisfied. In addition, the hotel also provided a check-in guide and navigation, which gave me a clearer understanding of the surrounding tourist attractions. The guide details the nearby food, shopping and cultural attractions and the best routes to get to these places. It was very useful for me, who first came to the city, to be able to better plan my trip. Moreover, the hotel also provides some recommended attractions, such as a good place to enjoy cherry blossoms. Living here is very comfortable, the hotel staff are very warm, take the initiative to greet, very polite, the service is great, the facilities are complete, there are robots to deliver food, very convenient, the bedding pillows in the room are very comfortable, living here feels that the quality of sleep is good, the room has free mineral water, and tea, Hotel breakfast is also great! It tastes good. Beautiful environment, good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and hygienic rooms, service staff are very warm, willing to provide all kinds of help, very good 👍 Wuhan will choose this store in the future, the decoration style is also built with Tujia culture, the decoration in the room is very new and comfortable. The night view downstairs is also very beautiful. They also have a very intimate and user-friendly design for drying clothes. There is also a toilet disinfectant. Many people live in the hotel and feel that the toilet is dirty and inconvenient. Their hotel also gave us disinfectant considering this. Especially considering the needs of our consumers.

I chose this hotel when I came to Wuhan for the first time. The front desk staff of the hotel are attentive and considerate for the guests. The room facilities are good and the cleaning staff cleans up every day. And the hotel is in a good location, very close to Jianghan Pedestrian Street, with convenient transportation. Overall, the stay experience is very good!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient for traveling, they have a free pick up to Wuhan train station. In few minutes by Didi you can easily arrive at the center of Wuchang which is plenty of restaurants and family attractions. The service is very polite and the staff very friendly, they kindly helped me with some small issues. The room is clean and nice and there is a robot delivering goods at the room. The manager before leaving gave us a small gift which was really appreciated during the trip back home. The price is affordable and for sure I will consider this hotel again for my trips to Wuhan. I strongly recommended it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The comfort of the room provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the attentiveness of the staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I also enjoyed the delightful breakfast offered by the hotel. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was superb. From fresh fruits to a selection of hot dishes, each morning felt like a culinary treat.

This is a little bit harsh in the hotel, but had paid extra for the executive sweet, only to be told after I checked in that all the facilities were closed. I don't live very far from this hotel, but was hoping to enjoy the spa and the executive lounge after a football tournament close by. All the facilities, spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna were all closed. Even the executive lounge was off limits. This was not mentioned when booking and I was unable to get any refund. It's a lovely hotel, but they really struggle to clarify if anything is actually operational post covid.

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.
