我定的套房，房型非常滿意，但服務真的是無力吐槽，我帶着娃去看房，前台服務員來來回回走了三趟沒找到房間，還好當時沒帶行李跟着走，辦理入住以後，前台給的房卡打不開門，一家大小在門口等，樓層也沒有內線電話，通過網上電話打給前台，再讓孩子跑去前台拿房款。為此酒店送了早餐券，但是早餐也是一言難盡，牛奶是麥乳精調製的，包子是預製的，菜品少的可憐，服務員在餐廳大喊大叫，語言一點服務的禮貌都沒有。晚上房間裏蚊子巨多，被咬醒，打電話給前台，很快送來電蚊香液，但沒有電蚊香頭，醉了，早上7點多就被樓下施工人員吵醒，週日啊，天吶，早上7點啊，唉。除了房型比較滿意，其他一言難盡，距離市區較遠。

房間一打開黴味撲鼻，我要求換房間沒人理，沙發上面各種黴斑，床單就隨便套的，漏出裏面的背芯，上面黴斑，不明黃斑，找服務員投訴前台電話都不通，住了這麼多年維也納酒店，第一次遇到這麼奇葩的分店，床單肯定不乾淨，洗完澡，都不敢換衣服睡，結果還是中招了，渾身起疹子，癢死了，這家酒店以後出差蕪湖寧可去遠一點的酒店，不敢住了

帶孩子去方特玩，所以選擇這裏的酒店，離市中心有點遠，在方特夢幻王國對面，酒店總體還行，去早了，因為不是高峯期，有房間就直接入住了，洗浴間沒有門，衹能把毛巾鋪在地上，用紗布遮着隔開房間，太透明瞭，上個廁所都正對着床

房間一股黴味 花灑是亂噴的 要求換個房間 來個中年男人態度巨差 衞生差的要命 這麼大個酒店 連個地墊都沒有
進店要求窗户對着方特是做不到的
房間洗髮水和沐浴露都沒有的
這麼多的煙灰和尿漬我不信看不見
床單破成什麼樣了
一晚上沒睡好 半夜馬路的車聲巨吵 早上好不容易睡一會 客房阿姨在外面大聲説話

服務一定要誇一誇，入住那天前台的女孩非常細心周到，態度很好，問題解決很快很周到。
整體酒店的設施非常好，進門就先檢查了四件套和浴缸，都乾乾淨淨的。
居住的體驗非常好，睡着很安靜。隔音很好這點大加分！
不過這幾天下雨也是能感覺到有些潮氣，自己開着窗户縫基本上就沒什麼了。

衞生狀況堪憂：一進房間，一股異味撲面而來，像是很久沒有通風。掀開被子，床單上居然有明顯的污漬，還有幾根頭髮絲。衞生間的馬桶邊緣泛黃 洗手枱上也有一層薄薄的灰塵。
噪音干擾嚴重：晚上睡覺的時候，能清晰地聽到走廊裏人們的説話聲、腳步聲，還有隔壁房間電視的聲音，隔音效果簡直太差了。窗外的馬路上車輛川流不息，噪音不斷，嚴重影響了我的睡眠質量。
這次入住維也納酒店，真的是讓我大失所望。作為一個連鎖酒店品牌，

環境衞生還不錯，可能是酒店開時間久的原因，有些東西沒有其他新店開着那麼亮堂，復古風格，如果是去方特樂園玩，強力推薦這家，因為方便的不要太方便，路對面就是方特，門口就是2號輕軌。門口的小河邊也是不錯的風景線。
