The Vienna International Hotel is clean and tidy, the restaurant is very clean, there is a gym to exercise, the room is comfortable and warm, the facilities are complete, the front desk Xiaoyu service is warm and thoughtful, the attitude is intimate and attentive, the check-in is efficient and fast, the overall experience is superb, the first choice for travel accommodation, I highly recommend everyone to stay

The sanitation is good, the breakfast is good, parking is convenient, and there are a lot of restaurants around. It is very good. It is worth recommending to everyone. The price/performance ratio is relatively high, which is very good.

Big surprise! Vienna International Hotel is very close to Wanzhi South Station, and it is only two stops away from the No. 5 bus. The area around the hotel is quiet and elegant, the hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the front desk also provides free upgrades. The bed is also very comfortable and the sleep quality is very high. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. If there is one thing that is not perfect, it is that there is no clear sign outside the room and the elevator entrance is hard to find. And there is no soy milk, which I, a northerner, like. Everything else is perfect!

The most Vienna hotel has stayed on business for so many years. The service attitude of this hotel is the worst. It is not possible to greet guests from the south and the north. At least there must be a professional fake smile. You are in the service industry. The warm words and smiles are themselves a work. Part of it, basic literacy is not. The hotel owes you wages or overtime. I don't want to talk to the boss. I don't need to show the guests.

The hotel service was excellent. We booked a twin room with breakfast for two, and they didn't charge anything extra for our two kids who are 1.4 meters tall. They even gave us two complimentary children's breakfast vouchers. Although we had a small hiccup with the underground parking, which was quite annoying at the time, the hotel manager proactively contacted us to apologize and address the issue even after it had been resolved. Many businesses wouldn't do that, so I'm very satisfied.

1. The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the stay experience is great! 2. The room has good lighting, complete facilities, and the front desk staff is particularly good 3. Convenient location, good health, high cost performance, will choose this next time
