因為沒訂到度假村的酒店衹訂了這家，在温泉周圍應該算設施還湊合的了，其他的就衹有村民自建房了更簡陋。周邊有很多可以泡澡的地方，但是多為村民自建房兩層樓那種，這家條件還算行，服務態度也不錯，陽台的泡澡池比較大，能容納一家人一起。衞生狀況一般，衞生間鏡子上都是水垢，床單枕套也有點黃，建議自備一次性床單。我住的房間電視沒聲音，網絡比較差。如果不是春節期間出行房間應該沒有這麼貴，我訂的這間快五百了。

房間都沒有熱水， 熱水跟涼水一樣 ，而且晚上會有吵鬧類似施工的聲音，空調沒有使用，睡着睡着空調突然漏了很多水出來，要求換房，還不給換。放在房間裏的拖鞋味道很大，一打開房門撲面而來的味道

酒店走廊的地毯有異味，房間衞生較差，地毯不乾淨，設施老舊，最主要是床感覺不乾淨，感覺有蟎蟲，一整晚都沒睡着，酒店的温泉也不敢用，如果皮膚敏感的人建議別訂。

一直聽説客家人很熱情，然而不是都很熱情，前台的長髮老阿姨愛搭不理的，服務態度很一般，感覺不太歡迎有客人似的，問句話久久不迴應，大概是天熱口水很珍貴吧~酒店設施比較簡陋，不管是普通房還是高級房，床墊睡了第二天通通腰痠，還不如前一天露個營暢快，歡迎有時間可以體驗一把買罪受的旅程……

房間特別大，睡得很舒服。温泉池在陽台，有窗户特別好，天冷也不怕着涼，這裏洗澡水也是温泉水，温泉應該是真温泉，泡完洗完皮膚很滑。
