The room was okay, but the service was not good. We asked for a razor and two toothbrushes, but they said it was hard for us to talk. I heard the waiter talking to the front desk about us.

1. The towels were probably used for more than 5 years and were in tatters. 2. The wash basin is so small. 3. The water heater doesn’t work. 4. The bathroom ceiling is peeling. 5. The bedside is extremely old and dilapidated. 6. The towel still sheds yarn and has burrs. 7. Not floor-to-ceiling windows! 這個價格在武寧新城區真的沒有，他們服務也很熱情，窗户外面的風景也很漂亮，特別是夜景。下次來這邊還是選擇維爾納，衹要到西海廬山來玩，我一定會選擇下高速直接到維也納酒店， 房間乾淨衞生。

房間可以看到江景還不錯，酒店比較老，浴巾還是2020年5月生產，旁邊已經脱線。淋浴頭比較臟，樓上餐廳的員工和送布草的跟酒店的電梯同一個，電梯煙味比較重，還會經常看到在電梯裏面抽煙的。樓層大姐不錯，續住衞生做的很好。可能是酒店比較老，距離新維也納3好缺少洗衣機，比較可惜！
