"The room overall was great. Perhaps because of the May Day holiday rush and limited availability, the first room we were given had a window facing a wall, which felt quite oppressive. Later, a kind lady at the front desk helped us switch rooms. The only minor drawback was that since I was traveling with a child and needed kid-related amenities, the delivery took a bit long. I suggest that during check-in, the front desk could inform guests about room configurations or offer the option to pick up these items directly at the front desk. Hopefully, this can be improved upon."

On the night of check-in, three people with room cards entered my room three times at around 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock in the night. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. Second, there is no heating in the room. The air conditioner was blown all night and it was still 15 degrees. Even after changing rooms, it was still the same. The air conditioner did not heat the room and the room was extremely cold. Third, not only was the room cold, there was no hot water in the morning and evening, and I couldn't take a shower. The first time, the cleaning was very average. There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom, on the floor, and on the bed. I just want to ask, where do you get the courage to sell a room for more than 200 yuan a night with such low-level service? A final word of advice, this hotel should be fine for staying in summer, but try to choose carefully in winter."
