The whole family was driving to Mount Wutai. I saw this hotel from Ctrip and it had good ratings. So I chose Qixiange Guesthouse. It was indeed a worthwhile trip. The hotel has an excellent location and beautiful scenery. Beautiful environment, clean and tidy. The receptionist at the front desk was very attentive and attentive, and they even upgraded me to a suite. 環境沒的説，在整個景區內絕對最好的酒店了，沒有之一，畢竟是接待大領導們的地方。表揚的話不説了，問題提幾個:
住了兩晚，打掃衞生竟然不洗茶杯，前一天用過的袋泡茶還在杯子裏。
不知道有沒有用吸塵器吸地毯，反正鞋子裏掉出來的標簽一直在地上。
隔音欠佳，遇上隔壁中老年老太太大嗓門衹有自己忍了。

房間窗口望出去是一座山，雖然面對着一條小馬路，但不吵，車流量小，房間層高很高，大氣亮堂，第二天早上醒來，發現天特別的藍，窗口一站便是景。酒店的對面山上開滿了杏樹，太美了。酒店內便是一道景！

服務很周到，很安靜，餐廳服務員很親切和專業。就是沒有車輛送到酒店門口，這樣不適合長者和行動不便利者。尤其大雪，我們拖着行李進出也是艱難了點。掃雪感覺大家都自掃門前雪，但公共區域.雪已經很厚了，沒有人處理。聽説是五台山換了物業，服務品質下降了

每年來五台山的指定入住酒店，第一是因為地理位置優越最接近五台山核心景區，第二是餐廳的出品好，我覺得最符合我口味。但可能這是當地重點接待酒店，對於普通人的我們比較隨便，服務意識不高，並且酒店開業時間比較長，裝修和設施都很有年代感了！
