一定要在這裏提醒大家，酒店很好，但是千萬別在旁邊的如家小院吃飯，那邊的老闆人品有問題，真不敢相信在五台山這種佛門之地會有這樣的人，我們的車陂他們酒店的車堵在裏面了，就是圖片一的紅色車，跟他商量説提個車，因為他們老闆正好在左邊的車裡出來，跟他説話這個飯店的老闆跟沒聽到一樣不理會，然後我們表示早上剛在他家吃的早餐，他們直接很兇的瞪着我們説調不了，來了五台山三次了所有碰到的人都很和氣，畢竟大家都是有信仰的才在這裏遇到一起，那在菩薩腳底下的人應該也是正能量的吧，碰到都是緣分，不明白怎麼會有這樣三觀不正的人，在這裏真心建議大家一定不要去這裏吃飯了！三觀有問題的人還是遠離吧！！！
此外酒店很不錯，老闆人也很好，旺季來的這個價格住這裏感覺性價比也挺高，位置離着廣化寺和五爺廟都很近。五爺廟附近不好停車，這邊很方便開車來。

並不想過多評論，希望店主聽取意見好好整改。
陪家人來五台山，本看着宣傳片介紹不錯就定了套房
前台阿姨服務還算不錯，但房間的各類設施很難言語
1、牆體衞生以及床單被罩不衞生，沒有做好消毒
2、拖鞋之類的建議換成一次性，已經無法描述
3、本身天氣就冷，沒有空調，説是集體供暖實則入住很冷，電暖器也沒多大用處。
4、洗澡熱水要放很久，噴頭壓力不足，大浴頭都沒有
5、礦泉水之類的都沒有，套房這個概念大多就是大床加小床
店主看後希望整改，不要狡辯回覆。原價688，實付500也很是不值當。另外本人工作在職，民宿房間的防火監督工作也沒有到位，望更改。謝謝

第二次入住該酒店了，酒店整體很滿意，裝修很乾凈，床品很舒服，睡的很踏實。每日都送兩瓶免費得農夫山泉礦泉水，非常貼心。衞生間裏有一次性馬桶坐墊。打掃衞生的阿姨很好！很有耐心！脾氣特別好！老闆也很好説話。會推薦給朋友，下次來還入住貴店！

房間很大很乾凈 整潔，而且有一種佛教參禪的味道。 兩個床之間 有一個類似榻榻米的地板 上面有一個草墊 真的是為晚上參禪打坐的遊客準備的 很貼心。
冬季 氣温在-15度左右，酒店裡的暖氣足夠，還有電暖氣，感覺可以達到30度高温。電暖氣我是晚上開幾個小時，睡覺前就關掉，否則太熱了。
熱水很好 你白天溜達一天 很冷，洗個熱水澡很舒服。當然，如果你晚上不洗澡，早上7點以後洗澡，那就是温水或者比涼水熱一點，應該是酒店已經加水了（猜想是太陽能）。
酒店老闆很有佛性 也很智慧 還給我們介紹了一些參觀注意事項 挺好的。
這個酒店在台懷鎮 就是五台山的中心，去殊像寺 五爺廟 塔院寺 黛螺頂 菩薩頂 廣化寺 十方堂等 都很方便。

每年去五台山旅遊第一選擇的酒店，位置不錯，門口附近有一個大市場，人氣很旺可以買各種紀念品。
酒店安靜衞生，老闆熱情接待，最喜歡的是洗澡水，水是又大又暖比很多星級酒店都好。每天還送2瓶礦泉水。
缺點就是停車位置有點緊張，不過可以協調，還是五台山首選住宿，性價比極高

房間衞生差，床邊到處污跡斑斑。洗手間不下水，積水嚴重，有異味！現在的價格還增加了，但攜程平台上承諾給的水果，小吃一概沒有，甚至連礦泉水和茶包等什麼都沒有。所謂“山景”房就是大忽悠！有圖有真相。關鍵是：強烈不推薦自駕遊的入住，您車子基本開不上酒店，得坐公交車接駁，拖着行李，如還要照顧長者和小孩的更是不便。

位置不錯，從大同到五台山巴士在集福寺下車，去五爺廟步行可達。房間説是有地暖，到達五台山是下午六點多，房間不暖，老闆説五台山集中供暖時間是晚上六點到早上四點，給我配了個暖風機，睡前十一點，房間四壁和地板都是冰冷的，早上起床就鼻塞了。住了兩天，分開預訂的，第一天入住配兩瓶水，有一瓶滿瓶水已經被打開了，第二天再找服務員配水時，説店裡沒有水了，配不了。枕頭套是破，門後有蜘蛛在結網。
