I had a surprisingly good overall experience during this stay. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff, Xu Yuan, was very accommodating. The room was meticulously clean with no strange odors, and the bed was just the right firmness. The soundproofing at night was excellent; you could barely hear any outside noise. Hot water came out quickly, and the toiletries were complete. It's also convenient for dining and shopping nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Had a great experience! The room faced the street and had excellent natural light. The room facilities were fantastic, and the double-paned soundproof windows meant I could get a really good night's sleep. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. Across the street is Plaza 66, and the surrounding area offers extremely convenient dining and transportation. This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and this visit I encountered a very responsible Front Office Manager, Xu Yuan. The service was excellent, and she was very professional with guests. Any issues during my stay were promptly addressed, and her attitude was wonderful. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and daily housekeeping during my extended stay was always timely. I chose this hotel because of its great location, perfect for business trips, short getaways, or work. The overall decor is simple yet elegant. Invoicing was quick, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. I'm giving a full five-star rating for Xu Yuan's professional service.

The room was my favorite. It was lovely to sit there and watch the city's hustle and bustle, as well as its quiet moments. Getting around was super convenient. The cleaning lady on the 7th floor was very diligent and responsible, and her polite inquiries made me feel right at home – it was very heartwarming. Every staff member at the hotel was friendly. I was fortunate enough to have Xu Yuan assist me with my check-in that evening, and indeed, his service was exceptional. From check-in to guest communication, everything was seamless. He thoroughly explained the member benefits, breakfast times, and what facilities were on each floor. I had booked two rooms, and since I was arriving late, I was concerned they might not be on the same floor. However, Xu Yuan mentioned that as soon as he saw my booking, he immediately reserved two rooms on the same floor for me – truly thoughtful service! His attentive service began even before I arrived at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the soundproofing was good. The high-definition TV allowed for screen casting, the shower pressure was strong, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the hairdryer was powerful. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was pleasant. The hotel's proximity to Plaza 66 is also very convenient. Thumbs up to Xu Yuan's service! Five-star review!
