Sheraton Wuxi Binhu Hotel Reviews

As a frequent guest, the Sheraton Hotel in Binhu has consistently impressed me. It’s become my go-to hotel in Wuxi for good reason. The service is always professional and welcoming. The location is a major highlight—extremely convenient with excellent access to public transport. This makes exploring effortless, whether you're heading to the Binhu district's tourism spots and beyond or the nearby CBD for shopping. Having the Wanda Plaza directly across the road is a huge advantage. It offers everything you could need: a great selection of restaurants, a supermarket （Aldi), various shops, a cinema, and many more. I find the hotel to offer excellent value for the price and highly recommend it. A minor point for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could be more varied.

This hotel is old. There are probably far greater options around but this was best for me location-wise. It’s specific to my needs. Also, rather close to the ancient town.

I drove to Wuxi for a weekend getaway to see the black-headed gulls and chose the Sheraton Fuli, and I'm glad I did! The hotel offers parking and has an excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from Huishan Ancient Town, and right next to Wanda Plaza, which is bustling. The hotel environment is good; although it opened a while ago, it has been renovated. The front desk staff are very helpful, and all the requests I noted during my Ctrip booking were met. The room is quite spacious, and the air conditioning's heating is very strong. I happened to visit when Wuxi was experiencing a cold spell, but I never felt cold in the room; it was basically a constant 25 degrees Celsius, which was very satisfying. I'll definitely choose the Sheraton again next time I'm in Wuxi.

The hotel added me on WeChat beforehand to ask about my room preferences and tried their best to accommodate them. When I arrived at noon, I was immediately checked into a mountain view room without any waiting. The room was very spacious, and although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are well-maintained. They even provided complimentary fruit, Perrier, and snacks. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of both Western and Chinese options; it would have been perfect if they had included Wuxi's famous xiao long bao. The location is incredibly convenient, with subway lines 2 and 4 just thirty meters away, and only two stops from Huishan Ancient Town. Wanda Plaza is right across the street.

Taking advantage of Friday to unwind. The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside the subway exit. Getting to the hotel from the train station, or from the hotel to Huishan Ancient Town, the subway is definitely the way to go – even more convenient than a taxi. There's a Wanda Plaza right next to the hotel, making dining easy. The hotel's facilities and service are both good, and the staff are enthusiastic. If the breakfast buffet had a bit more variety, it would be absolutely perfect.

Location is good, just next to the metro station. TV signal is not stable.

Somebody stole my money, maybe when we had a breakfast 1 of march 2025. I put my bags on entrances to restaurant approximately at 7:30 am.
