Facilities: It's an older hotel, with a bit of a dated feel. Hygiene: It was acceptable and met expectations, but I found an insect in my breakfast. I called a staff member over, and they just took it away and threw it out without any explanation. Can you believe the nerve? Environment: It was alright, I guess. Service: The breakfast staff was truly awful, even worse than a budget hotel. It took half an hour to get a bowl of noodles.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Wuxi city center's Sanyang Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. The subway station is also near the hotel, so transportation is a breeze. The hotel environment is great, the cleanliness is good, and the service attitude is also nice. Overall, it's highly recommended!

As soon as I entered the room, there was a musty smell. Then I found hair in the toothbrush and stains on the mattress. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

It was okay, a bit old-fashioned and the room had a strange smell, so I asked to switch. The rest was pretty standard, though the bathtub wasn't very convenient. The showerhead was fixed too low, only reaching the height of the tub, not high enough for a person.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the commercial center, with convenient access to the subway and bus. The hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff, especially the receptionists at the entrance, are kind, warm, and attentive. One suggestion: as the weather gets colder, some dishes in the restaurant seem a bit under-heated; it would be good to improve the insulation.

I used a voucher for a two-night suite, which could be split, offering excellent value for money (positive review). The suite has a living room where you can sit, drink tea, and chat. The living room and bedroom can be completely separated (as shown in the photos), and each has its own bathroom (very convenient). The room's hygiene details were meticulous, meeting star-rated standards; however, the outside window was dirty, affecting the view. It was early November, and the nighttime temperature was 11-12 degrees Celsius. The room's air conditioning only made it colder and was completely ineffective. The bathroom only had a bathtub, and it was very deep (a short person like me, 160cm tall, had to lift my leg quite high to get in). Although there were two showerheads, the rain shower and regular shower were inconvenient to use. The movable showerhead could only be placed about 70-80cm from the bottom of the tub, making both showerheads difficult to use. While I could manage with the air conditioning and shower, they would be very unfriendly for elderly guests. The parking lot is located on the ground floor of an adjacent building and is not connected indoors to the hotel; you have to walk outside to reach it. Parking is free; you just need to register your license plate at the front desk upon check-in. If the hotel is five-star, the parking lot environment is motel-level. The hotel's central location is impeccable in terms of convenience. At 505 RMB per night for a suite without meals, it's just for a casual stay. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children or elderly people.

The hotel's location is great, very convenient for taking the subway or getting a taxi! The decor is a bit classic/old-fashioned, and the bathtub isn't really suitable for elderly guests, it could be a bit dangerous. However, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The hygiene was excellent! It was practically spotless. The staff helped with luggage, the service was very attentive. The price was also very reasonable! I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Wuxi.

I was looking for a hotel in downtown Wuxi this time, hoping to explore the old city center, and stumbled upon this one. Upon arrival, I found its location to be truly exceptional, just about 100 meters from Sanyang Plaza Metro Station, making travel to and from the train station incredibly convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of several downtown Wuxi landmarks and former residences of famous figures, including Chong'an Temple, Abing's Former Residence, Zhonglou Academy, Xiaolou Alley Historic District, Qian Zhongshu's Former Residence, and more, all of which I visited this trip. I had pre-activated my free room upgrade and late check-out benefits through Trip.com, so I was upgraded from a Business King Room to a Deluxe King Room. The layout of the Deluxe King Room felt a bit old-fashioned; the bathroom still had the classic tub-shower combo. However, it was very well-arranged and made good use of space, so the room didn't feel cramped at all. The sofa by the window was very comfortable and offered a nice view. The only downside was that when showering in the tub, the shower curtain didn't seal very well. Water always leaked out along the edge of the tub, making the bathroom floor quite wet. I had to use a bath mat to wipe it up, and if two people showered, the mat would get soaked and be difficult to dry. Fortunately, the bathroom had good ventilation, so the floor eventually dried out.

Facilities: A relatively old-fashioned hotel. Environment: Clean, with classic decor. Location: A few minutes' walk from the subway station, right next to Plaza 66, which is very convenient. There's a Southeast Asian restaurant downstairs serving Malaysian cuisine.

I stayed at this hotel in Wuxi during the National Day holiday, and the overall service and facilities were excellent! The water pressure here is among the best I've experienced in any hotel, making showers super comfortable! Plus, all the rooms are on high floors, offering great views of Wuxi city. The front desk staff were also very kind and enthusiastic, and they proactively helped with my luggage! Parking was also very convenient. The hotel is right next to Plaza 66, making shopping and dining incredibly easy! Highly recommend! I didn't take any photos of the room, so here are a few pictures of Wuxi's attractions instead 😗

[Highly Recommended] This hotel was unexpectedly fantastic! The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they proactively upgraded our room. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had strong water pressure, and hot water came quickly. The breakfast had a rich variety, and I especially loved the made-to-order noodle bar. It offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel's location at the intersection of Renmin Road and Zhongshan Road is excellent, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and all sorts of amenities, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's decent. The staff are quite warm, especially the doorman on the first floor.

Traveling during the National Day holiday, check-in was surprisingly quick. Even though it's an older hotel, the cleanliness, environment, and soundproofing are all excellent! The robot even delivered my takeout, and I also took a quick tour of the gym, which was pretty good.
