I came to Wuxi to see cherry blossoms. I chose this hotel because of the convenient transportation. The overall feeling is very good. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The room is large, clean and well-equipped. I asked the front desk guy because I didn’t bring a charger. Brother, I asked the little robot to bring one up. All in all, the experience was very good. I will come again next time~

A very bad experience! There are 2 rooms, one of which is opposite the laundry room. I washed the sheets all night and the sound was so loud that I couldn't sleep! When I told the hotel front desk, the front desk said that a customer was doing laundry. Which customer would wash clothes in one night? ! The blower is also broken and cannot be used. Because there are few people at breakfast, there are very few options.

I booked a May Day room at Meihao Hotel online at the beginning of April, and then one day I accidentally browsed their website and found out that they could decorate the room for free. Because I came early, a little after noon, so I had to help us decorate it in the morning. The young lady just had a rest that day. She was afraid that her colleagues would not know my request, so she came to help me decorate it regardless of her rest time. The room was really impressive. Moreover, I ordered flower delivery, and he was still waiting at the hotel to pick up the flowers for me. The service was really good. Later, the little brother probably spent an hour decorating it and took a video for me. The most important thing is that I am most satisfied. The heart shape on the bed is actually made of real petals. This is really the first time I have seen it. Such a thoughtful hotel. Let’s talk about other things. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, there was a handsome concierge guy who helped us carry our luggage. We didn’t have to do anything during the whole process. When we checked in, a housekeeper guy chatted with us. This just saved me from embarrassment, and I checked in at the front desk. There is also tea to drink, and disposable small towels are provided to wipe your hands, which is very considerate. There are free cookies, beans, fruits, etc. next to the front desk for guests who check in. There are many free things on the table. There are hair ties, hairpins, nail clippers, red envelopes, toilet water, hand cream, etc., as well as emergency medicine, cold medicine, band-aids, anti-diarrhea medicine, Huoxiang Zhengqi water, alcohol cotton pads, etc. It really feels like returning to your own home. When I entered the room, my girlfriend saw how well the room was decorated and told me that she must give me a five-star rating. She was really satisfied hahahahahaha. In other aspects, I think afternoon tea and evening tea are also very good. They are available until 12 o'clock in the evening. They are mainly free. There are also free late-night snacks that taste good. There are many value-added services. Every floor of the hotel has There is free mineral water. This is really great. You can take it as you like. I also studied hotel management and have interned in one or two hotels. I think Meihao is pretty good. The management model of greeting people is also impressive.
